Great result
We had our wardrobe doors/fronts replace by Ruben and are really happy with the result! Finding somebody to take on the work was pretty quick, and being able to see reviews before committing was a great help.
I had struggled to find companies elsewhere to take on the scope of the work, and didn't know where to look for sole traders.
We were given an estimate ahead of the work, and after an initial meeting a final cost considering additional works, but the cost only varied very slightly due to the unseen factors.
Ruben also took away all the old doors and cleaned up afterward which is great.

Beautiful outcome with minimal intervention on an old bendy ceiling.
This was a difficult job and I am very happy with the outcome. James was very good to deal with, and the work was carried out as planned and they worked very hard - non stop - and I even enjoyed having James and his team in the house. The finish is beautiful and I would fully endorse James and would hire him again. Prestige Plasterers!

Brendan was absolutely incredible throughout the whole build.
I dealt with Brendan for close to 3 months while he done an extension on my sisters house. Everything he said he said he would do he done to a really high standard.
The best past about him was definitely his communication, it was always easy on time and you never had to chase for anything.
I’ll 100% use Brendan in the future and without a doubt recommend him to anyone

Hi Lorraine,
Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about your experience.
We have checked our records and unfortunately we cannot find a job post or enquiry under your name or email address on our system. It is possible there may be some confusion with another website or service, but we would really like to clarify this with you.
Tradesmen.ie is a platform that connects customers with independent tradespeople. The tradesperson is not employed by us, and the agreement for the work is between the customer and the tradesperson. However, we do take complaints seriously and we have a dispute support process where we can review what happened and contact the tradesperson where appropriate.
If you did use our platform, please contact us directly at trustpilotfeedback@tradesmen.ie with the job details, your contact information, and (if possible) the tradesperson’s name or phone number so we can investigate properly.
We are here to help and would like the opportunity to look into this for you.
Kind Regards
