We needed a Pop up tradeshow booth that was mobile for some upcoming shows and TradeShow Booth i randomly found. We decided to take a chance on them after seeing some of the reviews. They sent us exactly what we wanted too. The quality was above par and when we found that one of the spines in shipping had snapped they emailed us immediately to remedy the situation. Thanks Guys! You are awesome!!!

Overall the experience was good, however on the first used the flooring laminate peeled and is now unusable after 2 days of light use.

Bought QuickZip 10' Lightbox a year ago to update our aging booth. Came out great. Backlighting makes things pop. Folks around us asked where we got our booth! Redid a new cover this year with updated products. Still looks great! Anytime I have had questions, customer service responds quickly which is appreciated. Quality Product. Quality Service.

Display looked great. Carrying case is a little bit flimsy (one of the strap guides broke almost immediately). Also the structural part arrived late and we didn't have it in time for the convention. we just hung the canvas part up and that worked.

Misleading items listed on website
Our company ordered a product off the website. Once it arrived we called and spoke to customer support because the item that arrived was different then the picture of the item we purchased. We were told customer support would investigate and send an email. No email was ever sent and the next day the item was removed from products listed. Emailed customer support and they informed us that the item was discontinued and what were sent was the new version. Rather than offering a refund for the order we were offered the ability to ship the product back. Overall not a very transparent or professional business transaction.
