I would give this a zero if I could. I haven't received my package yet from July 8th order. I have emailed you as well as sent a message on messenger. I am not sure how to get a hold of you and receive my items that I have already paid for. We have since had to purchase elsewhere as we needed some of the things.

All but one item was great, poor customer service
All but one item was great. I’ve emailed to say one of the mask treatments looks dehydrated, color changed and shrunk down to half the container. I’m not getting a response and their website offers no customer service phone number to talk to someone about replacement/refund. Not happy!!

Trade Secrets advertised the BaByliss Pro Ferrari Voltare V1 hair dryer online and it was easy to order. They were quick to respond and it was shipped promptly. I was able to track the delivery and notified when it was delivered. The hair dryer was packed with lots of protection and was exactly as described. A successful purchase. A terrific hair dryer!
