Great service from TMG and Jonny who made the purchase easy and simple and van was presented in awesome condition on pick up day! Best experience I have had in purchasing a vehicle thanks again mate!

Absolutely over the moon with job TMG Specialist Vans have done on my MK4 Caddy, I first saw them on instagram and wanted to do some upgrades on my caddy, I first took my caddy to tmg for a virtual Cockpit upgrade and xenon headlights fitted then I saw some of the vans they produce and I couldn’t believe how good they were so I booked my van in for a full respray from Candy White to Ascot Grey and colour coded the textured bumpers to painted which are like brand new bumpers! Blue strip with blue callipers, Ambient light kit, Coilovers, callipers and parking sensors and much more. Absolutely delighted with everything they’ve done, from the moment I dropped it off Jonny and Anton gave me regular updates on my van at each stage. I can’t fault the job they’ve done, it is looking so much better than I had imagined. Would throughly recommend TMG Specialist Vans!

Went up this morning to have the TMG digital clocks installed, what can I say these are amazing and bring the caddy up to date. Would like to thank jonny and the boys for a professional job ,definitely will be shopping here again, thanks lads .

So I’m just back home from picking up my new caddy maxi from TMG-SV!!

I really can’t speak highly enough about TMG and in particular Jonny………I first contacted Jonny one week ago regarding the maxi……..he then assisted me with a part exchanged for my caddy with a very competitive price.

When I arrived in the Manchester workshop today the van was ready and looking perfect……….Jonny gave me good insight into the setup in and around the workshop…….very professional indeed!!!

I was super excited heading back up the road to the Scottish Borders……….the new maxi is certainly a head turner 😉

Also im interrsted and curious to see what the lads at TMG do to my traded in caddy……….watch this space!!

All in all……..im a very happy individual with my experience and would highly recommend TMG-SV with there knowledge & skill sets towards the VW caddy’s 👌

Bought a mk4 Caddy Van and was blown away with the standard of the van! I received it ceramic coated with PPF and every extra you could imagine. Never seen a spec like it before having travelled from N.Ireland ! Will definitely be back for my another van at some stage! Thanks Jonny

This review relates to a repair to my caddy.
Firstly these guys know what good customer service means. They are also seriously good at producing high quality with exceptional eye for detail.

My experience started when a neighbour decided to park their car on the front end of my caddy. Straight from the start I knew that I didn’t want my insurance company to use their repairers and the only viable option was a somewhere that specialised in vans.
That’s where TMG came to my assistance.
Due to the extent of damage to the van it couldn’t be driven away. The team from TMG arranged for it to be picked up as soon as the insurance gave the green light. From that moment the whole process started.
Assessment undertaken straightaway and updates provided. Now this wasn’t just a phone call because these guys don’t work like that. The updates were full on video walk arounds, pictures detailing all the areas of damage and calls to talk through what was being sent to the insurance.
The next step was crucial when the team worked with the insurance to make sure that the van was saved and not written off. That’s what makes these guys so special when they understand the value of the van to the owner and that it’s not just a lump of metal on wheels.
Once the insurance approved the repair they got on and ordered all required parts. And everything used was genuine. How do I know that? Well once again more videos, more pictures and more of that extra special customer service.
The updates then continued all the way through the process until full repair completed with the finishing touches of videos to show final tweaks and adjustments being made.
Van picked up today and it’s like new and it had been treated to a good clean inside.

Also worth noting that half way through the process I was so impressed by the service given that I arranged for a couple of self funded upgrades. Thinking about a virtual cockpit then reach out to these guys first.

One final point. The vans being sold by TMG are stunning to say the least. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing a few of them and if I was buying a new van then I’d definitely buy one from TMG but for now the dog van is back on the road and looking stunning again

Brought my Audi A4 Avant in after an accident, if coming with a car don’t let the ‘van specialist’ put you off, they’re ’car specialists’ as well. From start to finish Anton always in communication, the lads even stayed late one night to get it finished ahead of schedule after I needed the car. Looks perfect, paint job, panels, everything. Would highly recommend.

What can I say. If you want the best you have to go to the best tmg!.

Would like to thank Johnny for all his help in my purchase did buy VW caddy at first but my mistake realised it wasn’t big enough for my needs Johnny helped me sort out a replacement van with no trouble ended up with the transit custom yes it cost me more money but it was worth it the van is amazing and have had lots of comments on how good it looks would highly recommend TMG if your looking for a custom van that stands out from the normal ones.

It's not your normal way to review a van company, starting with the words 'Kindness, understanding and strong connections'. These are my lasting impression of working with Anton at TMG. You can add to that, 'Professional, dedicated, skilful and precise'

I first took my 9 year old Caddy Camper conversion into TMG last November to have my front seats reupholstered, they did a great job with the minimum of fuss. I love my van, it has been a great purchase a couple of years ago and I have taken it to Europe, big trips to Rome and back, South of France, Germany, wilds of Scotland, Ireland and Wales but the outside needed a bit of attention after the seat upgrade. Off came the half wrap and working with Anton we planned the perfect upgrades for my van, suspension lifted, half respray, lights tinted, new electronics, carpeting above the front cab, new wheels. Anton project managed all of these upgrades with precision. His team seemed amazing guys, they are all professional in their approach and I see that these guys love to transform tired vans into something special. I am taking my van back next week to have an oil leak fixed (120 miles away) as I trust TMG so much and they are letting me use a courtesy van, just another example how they go the extra mile. I didn't deal with Johnny that much but when I did he was great.

I feel lucky to have found TMG and Anton and my van now looks incredible. Thanks to all of the team, proper amazing to trust you with my van.
