For being state side with an order, it was quick and painless. Only one hic cup, the tracking information did not update. But I reached out to customer service and they squared me away on the details.

Zoe was excellent and patient. Organised the correct parts at a good price which were attempted delivery two days later by DPD. Unfortunately we were out so re scheduled for two days later. Fitted door handle and now house secure!

To Be Fair Was Worried By Some Of The Reviews,But We Gave These Guys A Chance,And I'm Glad We Did. Had A Problem With Delivery,But They Phoned Us Back And Our Order Was With Us The Very Next Day! Good if all Ok, dreadful service if problems
I hardly ever leave reviews but felt so strongly I am now. If all goes well, they deliver promptly and accurately, which is minimum I'd expect, so that's as far as the good part goes.
If you have a problem:
1) If you return an item they charge a 'restocking fee', never had that from any other online retailer, I'm not even sure if that's legal under UK distance selling regulations
2) Failed lock after 6 months light use, had to call a locksmith at far times the cost of the lock to fix it, Tradelocks response 'For us to look into any kind of credit/refund, please can you send me a locksmith report explaining the actual issues they found before breaking the lock please? This would need to be on Letter headed paper from the locksmith company you used and including their contact details.' So you want that despite being sent photos of broken lock under £20? Letter headed paper, is that still a thing? Fob off to avoid refund. So I'll find another supplier in future.

I’ve used Tradelocks on several occasions now for my Maintenance and Repair business and can’t fault them in any way. Easy to use ordering system and quick delivery, especially to the Highlands where we are based. First class.
