Terrible experience, Not worth it

Terrible experience, customer service never responds, they just get your money, portal is very hard to use and the information they claim you can access is not what they promise. When you ask for refund, they tell you we have a no refund policy.

Also, they suspended my account after leaving this review here.

Absolutely not worth it. Search elsewhere.

We highly regret your comments but must clarify: your subscription was activated and used for two months, confirmed in both our records and your bank’s review of your refund dispute (which was declined).

No service requests were received from you until after the dispute, and your claims about missing buyer/supplier data are inaccurate, as these insights are included in our Service Plans. Due to repeated threats and actions that breached our Terms & Conditions, your account was suspended.

TradeInt remains committed to professionalism, transparency, and supporting clients worldwide with reliable trade intelligence. We encourage prospective customers to verify our track record through our official channels.

I've been using Tradeint for 5 years…

I've been using Tradeint for 5 years now. I've also tried other service providers but I they can't compare with Tradeint's user interface and services. They provide top notch service and have very good support team. The prices are competitive and is good value for it's price. Excellent!!! 10/10

Dependable Platform

I've been using it for six months now and haven't had any major issues. The only problem is that the speed can be a bit slow during peak hours.
