ordered pocket door kit, there wasnt included the door while is clearly shown on the pictures, they split the order in 2 different deliveries, the second one came after 10 days which is really late

The gentleman that I spoke to was Alex, ( I hope I’ve got his name right) he dealt with my enquiries. He was patient, informative and courteous, fabulous customer service. I would definitely recommend this company and use again.

Ordered square plate handles with key hole and round plate handles without key hole arrived. Completely the wrong product.
Fortunately return was easy and refund prompt.

I bought a pair of gate hinges and whilst the hinges themselves are fine the supplied screws were of such poor quality that two of them snapped and several others soon had chewed heads, indicating that the quality of the steel used was very inferior. Incidentally the company uses reviews.io for product reviews but makes it practically impossible to add one.

Great handles at bottom dollar price, good service, delivery great even leading up to Xmas.

I placed an order (£180 of twin slot shelving) with Tradefit on the 9th of December for parts for a ship refit at the beginning of January, and then heard nothing for 2 weeks. On the 24th of December I received an email saying I was being refunded £110- more than half my order was not available, but it had taken them 2 whole weeks to notify me (after they had taken my money).

Today is the 30th of December and I took delivery of the few items that were sent to me. While I do appreciate that I was refunded for the missing items, it has taken 3 weeks for them to arrive, more than half of it is missing and there has been zero communication from them. Really disappointed in them

Best prices I could find for matt black door handles/hinges. Had never used them before but they have positive reviews on Trustpilot so I placed an order.

It was easy to order on their website and was followed up with great communication regarding the delivery. One of the ladies in customer services was very helpful changing the despatch date to a date more suitable for me and they arrived on the day I wanted.

We were very pleased with the quality of the handles so ordered some more for upstairs.

I forgot to use a discount code so I emailed in and Alex very kindly refunded me the discount amount. I was really impressed with his help as I'm sure plenty of other companies would have just said it was tough luck. It's the small things like that which make Tradefit customer services stand out and makes you feel like a valued customer, not just a number.

I will be ordering some more handles and would highly recommend them.

These guys are excellent.
Dispatch is so fast it’s unreal. Virtually order in evening and arrives the morning after next. The products are excellent. I ordered matt black handle complete sets and were much much cheaper than other online and diy stores.

The website was easy to use and the price for the items was good. Having fitted the hinges I have been impressed with the quality.
I will be adding this company to my personal 'go to' file.

The fw key does not work. Checked a college at work and the cylinder on the new keys was considerably smaller than the old ones
