Just received my delivery ahead of schedule and they use DHL with good updates on delivery. What great service!
What has really surprised me is the personal nature of Trade Access Panels. I placed my order and received an order acknowledgment from Nicola, their office manager.

excellent panels, easy to fit, look great and a fantastic range
I have previously bought two fire rated access panels from this company (a bespoke one and a regular one) and have just bought two more. They are excellent panels, easy to fit, look great and a fantastic range. Great to have the option of bespoke ones too (which I needed to maximise the size of a panel whilst fitting between joists). I contacted customer services to double check something about my first order and their response was prompt, knowledgable and solved the issue I had.
