doesn't copy even the clearest signals properly, hallucinates, opens trades when and how wants, very very bad. idea is good, it has potential, but it's just an idea at the moment

Thank you for the feedback. We take reports like this seriously, so we want to be transparent about what we found.
Our copier is built and tested to process both simple and complex signals accurately, without generating trade parameters that aren't in the original signal, and it only executes a trade when a signal is actually received — it does not act on its own. We've reviewed our systems and haven't found any issues matching what's described here.
We also haven't been able to match your review on our end, and our earlier request for more details hasn't had a response yet.
We'd still like to get to the bottom of this. If you can share your account email or license ID and an example of the signal in question at https://t.me/trade2syncbot , we'll look into it directly.

Telegram Signal Copier personal experience
I recently faced some technical challenges with the Telegram Signal Copier integration, which was frustrating as I lost some trading time. However, the support team stayed with me, and after a few days of troubleshooting, they resolved the issue entirely. I am currently setting up my systems and monitoring performance, but so far everything appears to be working as expected. I appreciate their persistence in getting it fixed.

I had a good experience with the copier when i was running trial mode, there could be a minor improvement on rejecting double signals fron the same group wish it had that feature but otherwise its amazing to use super easy and very fast

The new TSC infinity software does not…
The new TSC infinity software does not working. Every second day signals do not get executed. The support staff dont know why. All they say is that the team is working on it. But it never gets resolved. I have requested a refund, and this is evaded. Keep away guys.

Thanks for the feedback. We looked into this directly, including our support conversation with you from June 16–17, where you raised a signal that you believed hadn't triggered. We showed you the ticket IDs confirming that trade was in fact opened and executed (Buy Stop and Sell Limit tickets from both signal sources), and the conversation was marked resolved after that.
We've also checked our support records and haven't found a refund request from your account — if you did submit one and it didn't reach us, please send it again to https://t.me/trade2syncbot along with your account details and we'll handle it directly.
If you're still seeing signals not execute on specific days, let us know the dates and channels so we can check those instances the same way.

Evreything is fine, but it really bothers me that I can't copy signals directly from the topic (supergroup) because it doesn't have a dedicated ID. If this could be fixed somehow, everything would be great. Thank you!

There are constantly some errors!
On my end, configuring TSC requires a huge amount of work and constant cooperation with support just to get it working properly. This is the third week and I still can't configure the app with Telegram groups.
There are constantly some errors and the signals are not being read correctly. In my opinion, the app is unfinished, and the advertisements are highly misleading to users regarding its simple installation.
On the other hand, I would like to praise the support team for their very efficient work and for providing great, quick assistance.

Ho provato TSC dopo un'altra esperienza con un altro copiatore. La differenza è stata netta: questo servizio permette di impostare un numero elevato di opzioni e settaggi per adeguarsi ad ogni necessità derivante dalla copia dai canali Telegram, ognuno con diverse esigenze.
Soprattutto una vera assistenza che mi ha accompagnato nella impostazione dei molti settaggi disponibili, e nella interazione con un broker che altrimenti non funzionava.
Io ho utilizzato il nuovo servizio di Cloud che permette di copiare con PC spento e senza altri costi aggiuntivi.
Son molto soddisfatto.
