I spoke with Melissa today at 10:30, and I wanted to recognise the outstanding customer service she provided.
From the beginning of the call, Melissa was professional, patient, and genuinely empathetic. When I explained that I am dyslexic, she immediately adapted her approach, took her time, and made sure I understood everything. I never felt rushed, and her kindness and understanding made a real difference.
Although the call took longer than expected, Melissa remained focused on resolving my query rather than simply ending the conversation. When she needed information from another department, she took ownership of the issue, contacted the relevant team, and arranged for the information to be sent to me. Throughout the call, she kept me informed and demonstrated a real commitment to finding the right solution.
Melissa is a credit to your organisation. Her professionalism, empathy, patience, and determination to provide excellent customer service were genuinely impressive. It is rare to receive such thoughtful and dedicated support, and I wanted to ensure her efforts were recognised.
