I opened one account in last september. One of my colleagues told me about good returns on this platform. I invested heay amount taking loan and saved money for my daughter marriage. I thought to earn money for 4 to 5 months that will help me financial during daughter's marriage. Now they are not allowing withdrawal. How can i survive without withdrawal. Marriage is on 15th Feb this year. Please help me. I had requested for first withdrawal on 27th Nov for 1000USD, that time it didn;t get released after many followups. Then i was advised to delete earlier request and put new request. I did same on 27th dec, and i am not getting any response.

TP Global is scam broker from last three months not giving withdrawal don't trust TP Global I have lost arount 12000$ with TP current Equity with TP is around 12k$

It's more than 25 Days and I have not received my withdrawal amount and the support team is not helping at all, Request TP Global FX to process my withdrawal.

I m using tpglobal fx since last 1.5 years their withdrawal process were good but now they have stopped withdrawal process, not able to give withdrawal of 145 dollar taking time above 1 week but still not able to give withdrawal, I think tpglobal fx should learn from other brokers in market, they should maintain their services otherwise they will face problems due to high competition , I think people are using tpglobal fx only because of ix global

In last 02 years I have never experienced any problem in withdrawal, Last 1 month facing a lot to withdraw my own money.

TP need to give a proper attention towards the issue & lfix the issue asap.

Tpgloabl Fx have a good reputation in the forex market , ..but suddenly they have stopped withdrawal...i request concern global members to release the payment asap..to maintain your reputation among the client.

Sir I am not get the all withdrawal..please let me know the exact time, when it is available to withdraw ?

I sent a deposit on 08/30/22 for .08 BTC or approx 1500 USD..it never showed up in my account in spite of them saying they had received it and credited another account with it!! I have sent over 8 support tickets and they keep saying the same thing..I have sent screen shots of the deposit, the Transaction ID that it was sent to my correct account..cannot get any help. I would stay away from this broker. Addon:

I have only been in this company for a week. I have contacted support several times via the support ticket. I purchased the Hyperbot for $200, I earned $12.43 1 day then my $200 disappeared from my account, when I contacted them, they closed my ticket and nothing was resolved. I also deposited $800 for the smart bot. They told me my $800 withdrawal was successful. I have submitted a support ticket because why would I deposit the $800 for the smart bot, and I never made a withdrawal. Where have all my funds gone. There seems to be no adequate support. You can't call anyone. And the support tickets are useless. HELP!!! Your support team has my account number, they have been absolutely of no help. They get the support ticket and close the tickets with no response. Apparently Yahoo email was hacked and they gained access to my account password that your company sent out in the email. Your company needs to reevaluate it's security system. Stop sending out the passwords in the emails. All your KYC in place and then you don't protect something as important as that.

I have been a TP for the last 2 years. Working with Global FX. I have found excellent customer service in many countries, instant deposits and withdrawals, local bank deposit facilities and TP. Got a lot of valuable trust from Global FX.

Tp global is good broker for using MT4.
but found zero follow up from customer care. Not received single ph call from customer care from last one year when required.
There is no correct justification found for technical support for my account when raised new ticket/ queries from support group. Closing ticket/complaints without resolving the main concern.

Deposit service not found 24 hrs no deposit observed immediately into the account I.e day time it is taking 1-2 hrs but Night hours no deposit observed even after 12 hrs for IMPS transactions which is created risk for my account during high spread period.
Some time observed Equity reduction in my account even though there is no /zero swap charges.
No response observed in what’s up customer care service
I recommend to improve in deposit service it should be immediately and also last for 24 hrs and 7 days a week even after office hours.

Very good copy trading platform for forex very transparent in showing us which copy traders to benefit from overall I have double my investment so far in two months of joining them

I honestly only have good things to say about Tp global fx, from easy use of trading platforms to funding withdrawals to customer service. They are fast in replying and help solve issue in a professional and quick manner

The spreads are much better comparing to the other brokers I have seen. Furthermore, the support team is very fast to response and very caring. I have reached out multiple times, and got exactly what I needed. Overall, I have had a very pleasant experience with them.

The website is quite easily navigable. Funding my wallet was easier than I thought.
The customer service and feedback are responsive.
I can't wait to start trading with Tp Global fx.

TP Global Fx is an honest, legitimate, and professional broker. I have been with them for 19 months and everything has been exactly as expected. The customer service via chat or phone has always been very good. The pips + program is a excellent way to lower trading costs. I always wire money when funding my account and they refund the wire fees which results in no cost to me for depositing. A good broker that you can trust!

Very bad... One girl named Haripriya from TP global FX called continuously for nearly 2 months and make me to open an account. All of a sudden she has gone. After that another one named Ragav guided initially and made me invest 200 dollars. After losing 60 dollars he asked me about sharing profit if he handled my account and making profit.. I thought it is enough for me to get my investment back ... He demanded 3 dollars per every 10 dollars of profit. Before losing money I never got any demands from him. I thought that he was waiting for this situation. After that he locked my account indirectly with so many trades. I can't take my money out .. already they are charging more. Finally after a month I lost everything. And also I can't contact them.. because they never share their contact number with us.. I was mailed repeatedly. But no response... Very worst broker. Please think before you get into this broker platform

But why do you trouble in giving withdrawals?

There is no opportunity at all to make profit from trading in this platform.1.They charge huge amount of spread.No scope of profits.2.After closure of trade they take commission 0.15 3.There are always difference of Rs.2.00 between buying and selling price of dollars.4.They robbed investor money by sudden charge of swap.For Example for one microlot in Ind 50 they take 20 dollar.Beware from this broker my friend.
