They harass you
They harass you, your relatives etc. Constantly leave threatening letters on your house saying they will sue and garnish you but never do. They violate the Fair Debt Collection practices act. Am currently seeking
an attorney to file harassment charges and filing a complaint with the Federal trade commission

Getting a loan is stressful enough without any added hassle. I appreciate Bryce for making me feel comfortable while applying for the loan. His energy was great over the phone and in person. Carol was very nice also. The economy is so bad right now and the working class is feeling it the most. In this case I appreciate Tower loan as a helpful resource.

Carol in the Phenix City, Alabama office is the BEST!
Every few months I recieve an unsolicited loan check in the mail from Tower Loan. If I CHOSE I can deposit it directly into my bank, at which time it becomes a loan, which I make monthly payments on. Usually, it is relatively short term, ten months or so, so although the interest might be a bit better off than what I might pay for a personal loan at my bank or credit union, the fact that it is a relatively short term loan, overall, I don't have to pay back an excessive amount lot of extra money. I have had three loans from Tower and I have found the process to be extremely easy. The staff in the Phenix City, Alabama have been pleasant, courteous, and very helpful. They are attentive to my needs. From time to time I have been asked if I need additional funds, but they are never pushy about it. "We are here if you need it." Everyone there is pleasant, but I especially like Carol.
