This company is very unprofessional and…
This company is very unprofessional and one of employee are very rude .. I told them my income decrease and currently pregnant and they do not care keep calling my phone without no hesitation . I ask to speak with a manger and I still haven’t spoke with no one . He told me his name was David and he completely hung on me and started talking back loud to me . This is unacceptable and I will filing a complaint against Houston area.

A disappointing day
I was told that they would be open 8:00 to 11:00 on Saturday to sign my loan papers, and nobody showed up. I set outside for about an hour, and still no one had the decency to call me to let me know that no one was coming.
There was no internet in the building, and I had to go outside several times so I could get internet.
