El guia muy atento y majo, tuvimos suerte con el tiempo para poder visitar todas las islas. Tour muy completo.

Do not book from this agency. They are an agency, they are not the organizer of the tours.

They never reply whatsapp messages, they never reply emails. If something comes up, you can never reach them. This was mentioned in other reviews as I saw.

Our tour got postponed and we never new! We learned about it after 3 hours, and we waited at the reception in the morning for 2 hours, not having proper breakfast because the pickup was supposed to be early. They reached out via our hotel reception 3 hours after, and moved the booking to afternoon due to natural circumstances.

If possible, book directly from organizers, or go for another agency. Their communication is nonexistent.

This is for the agency: your system does not work properly when booking, I put my phone number there and apparently it did not add the country code, so you could not reach me. You could try to email me or reply to agency whatsapp messages/emails, which never happened.

The tour guide was the best. The boat conditions and the itenerary were also good. The food was not amazing, but it was ok.

The best boat trip we have been in Thailand. Pickup was on time. Crew and service was excellent. Boat was clean and the whole trip was filled with fun, luxury and excitement.

We went on the Seanery Catamaran and the weather was quite unpredictable with all the sudden rain and strong wind.
The staff on the Catamaran was very helpful to take immediate precautions and gave out towels & raincoat to keep passengers warm and dry.

At the end of the trip, we couldn’t dock at the pier due to strong wind and rain. The staff tried their best to calm and entertain everyone while we are all stuck on the boat.

Despite the weather, we love the Catamaran and enjoyed the trip!

Good prices, quick booking, good communication.

Helena Teoh from Thailand Tours reported me to the Thai Immigration Police and local Police because her website is unclear about Park fees. The tour I went on, Love Andaman, agreed at check-in that our park fee was paid. Once I got back to the hotel after the tour, I found multiple irate emails from Helena that I needed to pay a fee and that she had reported me to the police and the immigration police. To be safe, I paid the fee again, and she didn't even provide me with the requested receipt so I wouldn't have issues. Worst experience ever!

No one came to pick us up from the hotel. Hard to contact the company. No reply to phone calls or emails. Wasted a day of out trip.

If there would be more options of vegetarian meals. I would have given the 5 stars

Guide was SO friendly and kind and funny!!

I loved that the company picked us up at our hotel at the beginning of the evening and dropped us off again at the end. That was so convenient. Checking in for the boats was somewhat chaotic, with several lines and checklists, but it did all work out in the end. We came back early and had to wait for our ride home from the company, but that was okay. We didn't want to pay for a taxi.

Very good experience indeed. The guides are very good and helpful. Bamboo rafting, atv ride package is the best.

Good tour, they were perfectly on time with the pick-up service, everything went smoothly. Coral island is beautiful, the staff was super nice and helpful

Everything was good and well organised.
It was mentioned National Park fees not included in the plan and we had no plan to go also as I had already visited earlier but at the pier I was forced to pay the 400TBH (1600TBH for 04pax) before boarding or else I was not allowed to join the trip and was told the trip will be cancelled for which I paid the amount. Had I known this scam... Then I would have booked the trip along with the National Park Fees at a cheaper price in other site. I felt it like I was scammed at the end.

The tour was much better than I expected, a private SUV with your own driver, he was very nice always helping us taking pictures and asking if we needed something; I thought it was just transport from the hotel to the places but when we arrived to the ancient city the tour was still riding the SUV which was awesome because we had the AC on while others didn’t have this privilege, I would definitely book again, it was worth the price
