Touropedia is part of Travel Trek - not recommended
Touropedia is part of Travel Trek - the cruise we chose was advertised by Touropedia, but all communications were with Travel Trek.
First thing they did after I had agreed and paid for the full holiday (paid in full as less than a month until departure) was phone back to advise they couldn’t arrange the agreed transfers and wanted an additional £90 for private transfers. There was no option other than to pay, although I was sorely tempted to just cancel! After that the communication wasn’t great, especially when trying to get details of the transfer times and arrangements - and each one turned into a bit of a nightmare for various reasons, especially been shunted back and forth between the individual companies and Travel Trek to get changed times to comply with boarding and flight times - most of which could have been avoided if they had answered my requests for details!
In the end it was a good deal, but due to the hassles I would be reluctant to use them again - especially when one ‘manager’ told me that they had given us private transfers instead of shuttle transfers, he didn’t know that we had been charged for them!
