Excellent service! Les représentants prennent le temps d'expliquer les protections et répondent aux questions avec professionnalisme. Quand on voyage, la tranquillité d'esprit est importante et c'est exactement ce que Tourmed nous a procuré. De plus, ils répondent rapidement au téléphone lorsqu'on appelle!

I booked a hotel room through Booking.com and was offered cancellation insurance through their website by this company Tourmed. After booking my online reservation with the Tourmed cancellation insurance I quickly realized (within the hour) that I had booked the wrong hotel so I asked for a refund. Tourmed refused stating that I didn't qualify for reimbursement even though I'd told them I booked the wrong hotel by accident. So now I'm out over $300.00 CAD$
NOT RECOMMENDED WHATSOEVER!

I flew to California and trying to return to Toronto, out of John Wayne Airport many flights were cancelled, delayed due to bad weather in Dallas Texas which was my stopover back . There was so much chaos in the airport so many changes People were sent to different gates.I had purchased the add on :Cancel for any Reason...It was so stressful and they rebooked me to Phoenix and North Carolina.They ended delayed as well. I couldn't take it any more so I booked a direct flight with Air Canada back to Toronto which I paid out of pocket. I submitted a claim and it was denied because they said I didn't allow AA enough time to offer other options.... which is not true. I didn't want to go to Phoenix. SO FORGET BUYING THE ADD ON "CANCEL FOR ANY REASON" THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR REASON, THEY MAKE UP THEIR OWN AND DENY YOUR CLAIM.

After having an accident in Thailand and having to fly home earlier than initially planned, I submitted a claim to LS Travel(specifically Marie A.Desjardins)
They advertise that they take care of your claim efficiently and quickly, even in one day...this is not the case. I submitted a claim on December 17, 2025 and it is now January 23, 2026. They will do their best to undermine you at every turn. Do Not Use This Company unless you want hassle and a long drawn out process.

Terrible experience with Tour Med Insurance. My claim was flatly denied after they labeled an airline’s offer of a replacement suitcase as “compensation.” No money was paid, my personal items were lost, and none of that was considered. There was zero empathy, no real investigation, and no attempt to advocate for me as a policyholder. The process felt designed to shut claims down, not support customers. If this is how they treat claims, the coverage is essentially useless. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
