Great little business! We had a cute little Paddington bear jumper from here and it is so cute! Service was fast and efficient. Will order again soon. They can also accommodate special requests ect which is good!

What a lovely little business! I had a special ‘I am One’ jumper made for my little ones first birthday and I was so impressed with all of the communication on the design process and then the jumper itself is stunning. Definitely recommend. May have ordered us a cheeky matching tie dye set too. Super service and fast delivery. Highly recommend

It’s now July 26th I still have…
It’s now July 26th I still have received my order from the beginning of MAY!! They stopped responding to my email, they haven’t attempted to issue a refund or anything. This is ridiculous at this point I feel as though the website is a scam and the reviews are fake. I haven’t seen a review with an experience like mine and they DO NOT care to resolve the issue. DO NOT SHOP HERE! I will be reporting them!!!

Unfortunately, we aimed to get the review removed but due to the customer posting this on numerous occasions it was impossible to keep removing.
It was removed twice on the first occasions we reported as it was deemed incorrect and false information. Yet, due to the reports repeating it was then left on our account.
It’s a shame as we did resolve this issue and it was simply a matter of allowing the correct time for shipment for our international deliveries.
They are much longer than UK post and many can leave poor feedback due to this. Which we find unfair as it’s something out of our hands.
We do take pride in all our orders and go above and beyond with care for each customer and the products made.
It can have extreme effects on a small business to receive a poor review and as you say you “haven’t seen a review with an experience like mine” because you’re correct we don’t receive reviews like this.
We hope future customers take note of the positive and understand we aim to resolve any issues where possible, but in terms of time taken during shipment we cannot alter this and it’s an unfortunate issue we have been reviewed on.
