I had three distance healing sessions with Lee at totalself.co.uk and I cannot recommend him enough. His unique approach, combining Behavioural Coaching, Emotion Code®, and Body Code™, created a profound shift in my emotional and energetic well-being. Even remotely, his work was incredibly powerful, helping me release emotional blocks and gain clarity. Lee is compassionate, intuitive, and highly skilled. I’m truly grateful for his support!

I’m currently doing sessions with Lee and it has been so relieving to get rid of the emotional baggage I have been living with and was definitely the boost I needed after finishing therapy and working on my own self development and healing for a very long time. I am delighted to have found Lee. Highly recommend this experience to anyone. I entered dubious as to what I would gain and to the nature of the sessions. However, after an hour I found myself incredibly intrigued and curious and, after a number of sessions, found answers to problems I never knew I had. Every step was explained in considerable detail and appeared tailored to the individual. If you’re reading this then I would highly recommend giving it a go.

Total Self uses an incredible method of healing that has completely transformed how I view health, happiness, and spirituality. It’s both simple and complex, yet as a recipient, all that’s required is an open mind and the desire to heal. Lee so clearly lives and breathes this method, and his explanations are clear and easy to understand. Lee is amazing in what he does. He find the trapped emotions that really remind me about a specific time and issue and releasing that I could see the difference on my imbalance that we worked on. Sometimes only one trapped emotion can take all the pain in the body away and this is the most amazing therapy I have found! Definitely recommend everything coming across Lee to give it a try.
