The crazy smart meter charged me 3000pounds in just 3days!?? could you please refund my money and sort out the 'smart' meter ??

He was very clear and very helpful so thank you Qyaam. Total Energies, you need more staff like him then perhaps people wouldnt leave you in droves.

Problem solved
After months of emails and phone calls to TE regarding arrears and having no explanation we decided to make a formal complaint. The following day we received a call from Laura Monsellato, Customer Complaints, who very pleasantly and diligently regularly called and emailed us until finally everything was clarified. We are very happy with the outcome. Thank you Laura.

We had a problem with our gas supply
We had a problem with our gas supply. TE kept treating it as a National Grid problem when it was on their side of the meter. In the end Christine Mupotsa got a gas engineer involved and the issue was fixed.
