The information shared has changed my life. I am healing so rapidly I am so shocked at what my body is doing because of the fasting with juices. The guidance given will forever be with me.

This juicing fast was really good - I have noticed a lot of change in my body and juicing has now become a thing for the whole family which is a big plus for me. The only thing I would say is clearer guidance is needed in the beginning as I had a bit of fruit waste as I went to the market and loaded up on fruit which then spoiled. Would recommend this to others.

This is my second time doing 21 day reset. This time around I got my husband to do with me.
We love it 😍 I’m only on day 16 of the juice fast. The energy level is crazy. Being on the juice fast has helped me so much with my chronic migraines, acid reflux, joint pains even with my carpal tunnel & weight management also I’m dealing with a non alcoholic fatty liver since I start the juice fast my numbers are improving so much. Making juice has given me time to meditate on future goals. The team has done an incredible job with all the resources they have available and the support they give 🫶🏼 I’m truly grateful I found this.

Very good programme. It has taught me a lot about my eating habits and how to ensure I keep myself healthy. I would recommend. It was said at the start that joiners of the 21 day programme would automatically get lifetime access. This has slightly changed as of this morning. But otherwise very good and helpful information.

The program has inspired me to be more disciplined with the food I put into my body. There is a such a great community which has helped to keep me motivated and accountable.

The academy for me is such a warm and welcoming platform, from the get go there is a sense of genuine wanting to help! No judgment, only encouragement regarding embracing the level you are at. It is a community, but everyone is on their own journey and we are encouraged to express every emotion, set back and victory. It’s a process of unlearning and relearning and for me there is no failure! Only each person truly learning how to listen to their body whilst beginning to understand how it all works. The juice fast academy is a wonderful team of people that gently inspire. I now feel all things are possible and plan to use what I have learned as a foundation to achieve and do so much more. I made it to DAY 12! I joined this community to gain knowledge on the science of fasting and detoxing on a cellular level and I couldn't be more proud myself.The lifetime access to knowledge via this academy grants me the ability to reflect on all the wisdom shared. It's also been wonderful meeting new and like minded people in this community. Juicing is such a huge commitment…on some days I struggled to get the 4L although I loved the juicing process, I ditched my high end juicer (just left it in the cupboard) to use a juicing bag! I broke my fast with PRAYER 🙏🏽

The Juice Fast Academy has been eye-opening! With Victoria leading the way backed by an amazing team, you learn the ins and out of juicing, the benefits and how to maintain your health and body post juice fast. A special mention goes to Destinee and Ty, who made me a personalised plan to address some health issues. They took the time to explain the causes and how to remedy through juicing, specialised supplements and a customised eating plan post fast. Fellow juicers have also been an important element in the JFA, sharing journeys, recipes and support in the community, adding to the experience. Whether you do 7 or 21 days, or more, it’s a big commitment and you might need to restart (like me), but knowing I’m able to access the community and information whenever I need it is reassuring.

Love this program. Something that is not hard and you have support. You go at your own speed. My mental health, physical health and spiritual well-being has changed. Go with the flow and enjoy.

I have not made it to the full 21 day body reset, unfortunately, due to personal reasons and a very last minute house move. Life was a bit upside down. As soon as everything has setteled again and I am in a better and saber place I am dedicares to continue again, as from what I have been followimg withing the community was very encouraging and strenghtening. I strongly believe in the power of fasting, did a 7 day fast before, but I would love to amp it up to 21days and see what transformation can be brought about!

I managed 4 complete days of my first challenge, but felt that I was not fully prepared, so I took a step back. I wanted to understand what I was doing and wanted to digest everything before properly starting my journey. Following the journey of other and their experiences and hearing about their positive results makes me want to definitely try the next challenge. I have made a few new friends on this journey. Thanks to Victoria, the Reset team and the champions who introduced this amazing concept and who are doing a fantastic job with sharing their knowledge, offering a helping hand wherever needed that I now feel ready to join the next challenge.

Since joining the Juice Fasting, I was given the space to go deep. Using the platform as a journal to share how I’m feeling, what I struggle with which, is a big deal for me. The support from the community is nothing short of amazing. I’ve done 14 days and for me that is a big accomplishment. I’m preparing to do it again and with the knowledge gain I feel I can accomplish the goal to complete 21 days of juicing. Thank You so much Totalbodyrest for creating such an incredible platform.

I initially signed up for the 7 day fast, then upgraded to the 21 days! Honestly I’m on day 19 it’s been rollercoaster of emotions, breakthroughs, challenges and beams of enlightenment I’ve learnt so much about myself. The community is really supportive and encouraging, I haven’t felt the need to reach out to any of the coaches, even though the option is there for phone calls ✅ I’m very sensitive and I’ve lost a lot of weight as I’m began at 68kg now I’m 58kg. I’ve decided to meditate and minimise communication in my last days of transformation.

This is a life long lifestyle journey ❤️

The detox reset was so needed and the support from Victoria and her team has been second to none. Guiding us through the process at each step. And the encouragement from the other participants has been beautiful to watch.

I love all of the information and the community that’s been built. I’d definitely recommend people to join and learn how to get results to better their health.

I am just at the beginning of my fast however I can say all the learning and tools available have helped me prep not only physically but mentally! I am excited to get fasting and detoxing! 🙏🏽

Hmmmm... where do I start! From the positive energy, being responsive to life instead of reacting and getting in a state. To being without bloatness, the calmness to my being. The disappeared knee pains, to the incredible disappearance of night sweats fron day 1 of Juice fasting. I am so grateful for this life changing experience. The Juice fasting Academy, Victoria, Destinee and team I specially say thank you for all your beautiful impact. And to the beautiful people in the group for supporting each other, you are amazing. Juice fasting has come to stay, it's my lifestyle now.

What an amazing journey! Thank you to Victoria and the Juice Academy team for all your knowledge and support in my journey. I never thought I’d be able up stick to it 7 day fast but I proved myself wrong!

The community kept me going, the facts, the info and encouragement which came in abundance. This is definitely a way of life now and there’s no going back! I plan to do the 21 day rest next month and can’t wait!! Thank you again 🫶🏾💞🫶🏾
