This detox is one of the best I’ve experienced. I’ve moved beyond years of information accumulation to knowledge and way of life enhancement. The guidance is succinct, clear and comprehensive.

This juice fast is worth it once you have access to all the stuff they label for you to do, I think it worth it because health is wealth I’ll continue my journey because I wanna be more healthy

I was so new to juice fasting but this program is well organised and provides you with so much knowledge, I would definitely recommend.

I came into this program with the Juice Fasting Academy guided by divine direction. At the time, I couldn’t fully explain why, I just knew I had to. I felt lost. Disconnected. Uncertain of what was next for me in life. And what unfolded has been one of the most powerful, clarifying, and life-changing experiences I’ve ever had.

Now that I’m on the other side of this cleanse, I can say with complete confidence: I found my purpose again. I have clarity. I have direction. And I’m finally walking in alignment with who I really am - not the version of me that’s been playing small or sitting in fear, but the woman I’ve always been called to be.

I am a healer of self. A guide. A teacher. A student. A woman deeply connected to the wisdom of her body.

And this process helped me remember that.

From the very beginning, Victoria Everest and her team held this sacred container with so much love, support, and intentionality. Their knowledge, their structure, their encouragement- it was exactly what I didn’t know I needed. The community itself was a huge part of my transformation. I thrive in connection, and being surrounded by others on this path helped me stay the course, especially during the hard days.

And yes, there were hard days: emotional detox, physical aches, days when I was exhausted, days when I questioned myself. But through every moment, I kept returning to my “why.” And I’m so grateful I wrote it down for myself at the start.

Here’s what shifted for me, tangibly and spiritually:

I released 8 pounds.

My energy is up, my bloating is gone, and my digestion is more regular than it’s been in years.

My nails are stronger, longer, and whiter.

My eyes are brighter.

My sense of smell is sharper, and even my taste buds are more alive.

I’ve experienced an 80% reduction in the aches and inflammation that were nagging me at the start.

And my mental clarity and focus have expanded.

But even beyond the physical? Something deeper settled into my being.

It feels like my spirit has descended into my body, like I’m finally in true partnership with myself. Like I’m home.

This experience has not only helped me reset my body - it has helped me reclaim my life.

I am more confident in who I am. I believe in my ability to create and lead from a place of truth and strength. I no longer carry the weight of imposter syndrome. I’m done shrinking. I know I am capable. I know I am ready.

This is a hard mark in the books for me:

This juice fast has changed me on every level, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I began this journey thinking it would simply cleanse my body, but what I experienced was far deeper. Embarking on a 7-day juice cleanse was definitely an adventure, I wanted a serious reset, and the idea of flooding my body with nutrients straight from fresh produce was super appealing. Let me tell you, it was an experience!

Making the juices myself meant I knew exactly what was going in them. By the end of the week, I felt incredibly light and energized. My skin was glowing, and I had a noticeable boost in my overall mood.

That being said, it wasn't a walk in the park. Cutting out solid food and relying solely on juice for seven days is intense. There were moments when I missed chewing and felt a bit weak. Plus, making all that juice takes time and effort! But honestly, the benefits I experienced made it all worthwhile. If you're thinking about doing a similar cleanse, be prepared for a challenge, but also get ready to feel amazing!

I have to say, that the program is well thought out and the community is really great. It's nice that you can do the program at your own pace. Very informative and great support. It’s been beneficial, my symptoms are massively improving! I believe this is the way forward for anyone who needs healing and to take control of their own health! You will also shed traumas and respect yourself for remaining steadfast! I would recommend to any and everyone… get your fast on!!!
