It is clear lots of love and hard work has been put into this program! I will say, I was not expecting or prepared for the amount of information and process to access next steps and took some time for me to overcome the overwhelm of it all. The emotional rollercoaster was telling in itself.

Previous cleanses felt physically amazing after days(done younger in age) So i was hoping to find that amazing feeling again. I did not. What I found was probably exactly what i needed at this time. More mental, more spiritual. After 21 days juice fasting (which I wonder maybe the physical will still come if I continue longer) I find myself in deep thought, clearer thoughts, remembering things I haven't in many years, being triggered and instantly understanding it and not reacting to it, being able to get things done.

Interestingly, I had worn my wedding ring(toxic relationship) for 15 years... I do not have allergies, Still wearing it after being separated for 4 years.... woke up one morning about day 14 of the cleanse, to what looked like a bad rash and was very itchy RIGHT under my ring. Taking it off to let it heal for a couple days, to put it back on... to wake up the next morning WITH THE SAME RASH!!! If thats not a sign.. :)

I loved being able to see everyones posts, and felt the closeness even tho I did not post myself. I absolutely love that questions were answered by the team very quickly and with a lot of care and attention. I would say that is one of the best parts about this program, is having access to the source in near real time. The team is wonderful! Upbeat, energetic, full of passion, kind and ready to help!!

4 stars because I did sign up thinking it would be a complete step by step for parasite, heavy metal cleanse. Maybe just my misunderstanding. I do appreciate the follow up to remedy my concern. Also because I had such a rough start navigating the app, dealing with the overwhelm, but again, I am torn leaving only 4 stars because this could be my own personal issue.

To sum up, I love the team, they clearly love what they are doing and are readily available to help. The community is wonderful and positive! There is SO MUCH info in this program, and I truly believe the cleanse is amazing! I would absolutely love to join a retreat in person!!

I feel so Amazing after 21 days of letting my digestive system rest. Doing this fast has decreased most of my cravings and now I feel like I can do anything I put my mind to do! I loved the weekly lives that kept me motivated and going. THANK YOU VICTORIA!

My journey these past 21 days has been life changing. My mind is calm, my body is in harmony and my spirit at peace. I have cleansed many times in the past, but never at this level of juicing. You always hear that fruit juice has too much "sugar" for the body and this experience has taught me that that’s the farthest thing from the truth. My body was cleansed and nourished through this entire process. I truly feel amazing. I'm energized, I'm light, my focus has improved, my joints feel great, the toxic waste is gone 🤗 and my self awareness has increased + so much more.

I’m very impressed with this program! A wealth of knowledge and support has been provided to us. I am on day 20 of the 21 day juice detox and am feeling amazing! I’ve NEVER experienced this level of satiation while detoxing. I’ve lost 1.3% body fat and 9 lbs. The tools are top notch and help so much to motivate and teach me how to feed my body well. I’m looking forward to continuing my journey with Victoria and the team.

10/10 experience! I never thought I would be able to fast longer than 3 days but I completed the 21 day juice fast! This takes mental fortitude but let me tell you, it is SO WORTH IT! My skin is clearer, I lost 10 pounds, my energy is boosted and I now WANT to eat healthier. This was such an amazing journey and I encourage everyone to go through this process to truly see what your body can do!

The benefits of this Juice Fast are endless. I felt so good, and one thing that really stood out for me was finding peace with food. When it came to eating, I was constantly worried about how it would affect my body—even though I was eating pretty clean (mostly veggies and fruits). What I didn’t know was how to combine foods in a way that would truly heal my body from past emotional and physical wounds.
Now I have the knowledge! I hold all the keys in my hands, along with a supportive community to share this journey with. I’m definitely going deeper into this path.

This was not my first fast, but definitely learned more within this program. I really appreciate the online community and the daily messages with fellow fasters.

If you want to see how powerful you are then this is the body reset you need. I never imagine I would be able to consume only structured water for this amount of time. I usually am very tired to the point my partner comments on my lack of energy but during this detox I have had more energy than I've had in years, no coffee, no tea just structured water. I also booked a consultation with Food Destinee which was very insightful, I am leaving this fast feeling more charged and feeling capable that I can say no to the things that no longer serve me. Thank you to Victoria and the team, I appreciate your services in so many ways.

The best aspect of this program, for me, was the community and how it helped to integrate in process the very well laid out informational program and educational components. It made the process fun, informative, and help to overcome the challenges. The way in which the program is laid out, makes it easy to internalize. This is a lifestyle now.

There is a ton of valuable information provided throughout the course. By the end of the first week, I started noticing real changes: my energy levels were incredible, I was sleeping well, my inflammation was gone and I woke up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day. My stats on my smart ring, which had previously been off, improved by 20–30%. I’m down about 14 pounds. I’m feeling motivated, creative and inspired again! I feel more in tune with my body and I truly believe this is exactly what it needed!

I will say, I don’t like that I have to write this review in order to unlock the rest of the course/information I already paid for.

I’ve just completed the 21 day juice fast and Im feeling so amazing! I really recommend this for people who are beginners in fasting, the support is amazing and there are many recipes to try from. Thry have put so much love and effort into creating this program. For someone more advanced Im not sure if I would do it again. I have been fasting for 3 years and maybe I wanted something deeper.

What an incredible journey it has been! I’ve just completed the 21 day juice fast and words cannot describe how it feels right now!! I’ve lost almost 4kgs which is amazing but the most significant things have been the incredible improvement and glow in my skin, my visceral fat, body fat percentage and subcutaneous fat significantly reduced!!! I recently had the opportunity to attend a retreat in Jamaica hosted by Victoria and I can honestly say it changed my life. From start to finish, the experience was incredible.
This retreat helped me completely reset not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually. I now look at food in a totally different way. I’ve learned to love myself more deeply and to cook with intention, love, and meaning. It’s not just about what I eat, but how I prepare it and the energy I bring to it.

The staff were absolutely amazing, kind, supportive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed and cared for. The information shared throughout the retreat was clear, eye-opening, and so easy to apply to daily life.
One of the most surprising outcomes was how much my physical pain decreased. I feel lighter, stronger, and more in tune with my body. It’s truly been a transformative journey. From eating so much meat and chicken to putting life into my body with amazing fruits and vegetables has been the best thing ever.
