My Torro case for my Pixel 9 Pro Fold is beautiful. It arrived in very quick order and I'm very pleased.

I love the product, second phone I've bought it for. I do have one small annoyance with your shipping to regional areas.

I know you stipulate in the terms and conditions that it may cost more, but we type in a post code so you know if it's regional or not, also all shipping companies when you type in a post code they give you an exact cost. The extra cost you gave me was $35 which is about double the cost it actually costs, but it also took a day and a half to say that via email, to and fro that it was ok and send out an additional invoice with the extra cost.

You can do way better in this department.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra Detachable Wallet Case (Qi2/MagSafe Charging Compatible) - TORRO Signature / Dark Brown case I bought, the S pen is completely unusable and you would already know this. I see you have stipulated this clause

"Due to the magnets contained within the case, this may cause interference with the function of the S-Pen"

There's no "may" it either does or doesn't there's no anomalies here, there's the phone and there's the case. So in this case pardon the pun it 100% does and severely at that.

Great product, excellent quality and quick delivery. This phone wallet case is very versatile with the folder cover being removable from the phone protector. That makes it a very adaptable product.

My First Contact with Torro

My first interaction with Torro began when I had a question about personalizing a wallet I had purchased through Amazon.

As soon as I explained my issue, a member of the Customer Care Team was extremely helpful. They explained the difference between purchasing directly from Torro Australia and through another merchant, which was very useful.

When my wallet arrived, even while unboxing it, I immediately noticed the quality of the leather, the detailed highlighting of the stitching, and the overall craftsmanship of the piece.

When shopping online, many merchants claim to use the highest-quality materials. However, when the product arrives, my definition of “premium materials” and theirs often do not align, leading to disappointment.
This was not the case with Torro. The wallet exceeded my expectations — the quality of the leather and the workmanship were outstanding.

Buying online always involves some uncertainty: you can't always tell if the merchant's quality claims match the product you’ll actually receive. In my opinion, Torro’s claims about their products' quality were understated — the reality was even better.

At the same time, I was considering purchasing a quality leather shoulder bag, but I wanted to see the Torro wallet first to judge the leather quality myself.

The bag I was interested in was being shipped from London. I contacted Torro with several questions about the bag, particularly because the website only listed the weight — something I found a little odd and unhelpful without dimensions.

This is when Daniel, Torro’s excellent Customer Service Manager, entered the picture. I had several questions and concerns, especially regarding DHL’s assumption that I lived in a remote part of Australia.

From my very first interaction with Daniel, it was clear he had extensive knowledge about Torro’s business and products. Through our emails, his professionalism and expertise convinced me to go ahead with the bag purchase, without discussing the bag.
If a company invests in professional staff like Daniel, it speaks volumes about the quality of their merchandise, so my concerns about purchasing quality goods over the web, were allayed by Daniels' excellent communication

I had special considerations regarding the bag, and Daniel not only addressed all of them but went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed.
The only thing he couldn’t immediately clarify was why the website listed only the bag’s weight instead of its dimensions — but he found out for me and promptly got back in touch. I cannot speak highly enough of Daniel; he was truly outstanding.

Unfortunately, my experience with DHL was not as positive. Despite paying a premium for delivery to Australia's largest inland city (not a capital city, but only about 150 km from Brisbane), DHL passed the parcel off to Australia Post shortly after it arrived in the country.
Given the extra cost I paid, I expected direct-to-door delivery, which was disappointing — the only negative part of my Torro experience.

When the bag finally arrived, I immediately noticed the superb quality of the leather. Areas of high flex — such as where the shoulder strap joins the bag — were expertly stitched with small, tight stitching on double thickness leather.
Everything about the bag reflects quality and craftsmanship built to last for many, many years — something I can't say about my previous bag.

Although this was “just” a shoulder bag, it was an important purchase for me. I need both hands free, as I rely on a walking stick. I didn’t want a bag that would require constant adjustment or fussing around, which is very frustrating (and I could think of a few stronger words!).

In a nutshell:
The quality of both my wallet and sling bag, along with the outstanding customer service — especially from Daniel in London — made my experience with Torro one of the best I've had in recent years.

I am not one who writes reviews, for the sake of it, because what is expected, should be delivered, but in these circumstance, I was prepared to sit down and pen this review

they should have the freight price set not take a order then increase the freight price 2 days later

I work in a hospital and I carry my phone on a lanyard and the magnetic clip keeps opening. It would be a good thing to strengthen the magnetic clips.
I'm always checking the phone to make sure it isn't open

I purchased an iPhone case, Kindle case, iPad case and a wallet. All four items are excellent quality, and they look amazing. The shipping time was incredible only five days from the UK to remote Australia. Overall very happy and will be ordering more items for me and as gifts for others.

The product design for my iPhone 16e is proving to be outstanding. The detachable outer case (magnetic) is perfect for a non MagSafe phone. The inner case ensures good alignment for qi charging, and outer case provides useful space for cards and cash. Perfect for me.
