I placed an order December 25 th 2023. It is now February 20/24 and I still have not received my order. Have know idea how to get in touch with them.

I ordered a product from you, and you didn't put the whole address on it. Now, it's in delivery limbo, being sent all over the damn country. I want my package, or my money back. It's been a month now. That should be enough.
I would appreciate a response.

Still haven't received my order yet on the website it says delivered I need a refund or can someone fix the problem

Still waiting for an order placed in November which says it was delivered this week that I have signed for. Not delivered, not signed for and no refund. SCAM. Really upset due to this being a present for my new baby grandson.

This place is worse than ordering from wish or Temu. Super fake nothing like the pictures. Ordered a $30 bracelet for my daughter and got a cheap knock of that looked nothing like the picture

Do not order from this website. It is a fraud. I ordered quilting supplies before Christmas, and they never arrived. Can’t get any information on shipping.

Ordered a table top dishwasher for my nephew for university, ordered it before Christmas 23, they said it had been delivered but nothing arrived. It was supposed to be here 2nd February. Fraudsteres, and i can't get my money back

Ordered a scratching post Christmas tree for my cats, almost $50. Ordered around 12/12/23, just got notification 1/17/24, it was delivered but nothing was ever delivered! They took my money and delivered zero product! This is a scam site! Can’t even find contact to notify them or ask questions!

Not even worth one star! I ordered a knitted jumper and got a cheap sweatshirt which was printed to look like knit. Absolutely rubbish! You can’t even complain as email link doesn’t work. I ordered from a company called wearfunnyy, not toppoparts. Scam scam scam

Toppoparts? I have the order confirmation and the store I ordered from was Welher. When I received the order it came under the name Toppoparts. They keep changing their name. I looked back at my Facebook post and they now changed their name to Monicaland. Do not order from any of these companies. Disputing this with our credit card company.

received items though they look nothing like advertised. tried to contact them and they have closed their shop on the SHOP site, and have no customer service. SCAMMERS

My order says it’s was delivered but it was not. Now after reading some reviews I feel like an idiot!!! They scammed me out of my $$. Beware and don’t order anything from this fraudster.

I placed an order 21 November 23. It's showing delivered 26 December 23. I've received NOTHING... FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD... I'M REPORTING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS UNION

If I could give no stars I would. This company a complete fraud. Didn't get what I ordered. No response to inquiries on phone or email.

Ordered 2 jumpers, finally recieved after 5 weeks & nothing like advertisement. Cheap crap. When contacting them for a refund, no response to emails. Absolute fraudsters, do not buy from these guys, check out reviews on goggle, numerous people never recieve anything, or get crap like mine. Returns are at ur cost, but they never answer emails to get an address to send it to
