They have taken the money from your credit card without sending any notice. When you check your membership package, if you want to cancel the new membership, you have to wait another 24 hours. If you complain, they explain that they have received your cancellation information and confirmed that you will be able to cancel your membership 14 days after the cancellation date, but who knows if your cancellation will be successful or if they will take as much money from you as possible in a few days. After sending an email or contacting to cancel, someone will proactively send an email to contact you to support you with a Refund because your case is special, etc.
