Quality goods, quick delivery
Ordered a large bag of puffed pig snouts as as the price was better pro-rata than smaller packages, and also better than other providers overall. I did wonder if each individual snout would be on the small side as I'd seen that complaint about other sites. They arrived more quickly than anticipated and were definitely not small. Also received a couple of venison chews as a 'welcome bonus'. My furry friend is very happy.

Excellent produce, customer service and delivery
Excellent produce. The dogs were so happy with the pigs ears. Really good quality and huge in size. The dogs are thoroughly enjoying them. Also excellent customer service in terms of being able to discuss the right treats for my dogs. Delivery really good also. I will be ordering from them again in the near future.

I ordered the box for two dogs
I ordered the box for two dogs. Great selection of chews and treats. My rescue greyhound is a big chewer and it's been such a joy to see her enjoy everything she's tried (so far!). This will last us a while but I'll certainly order again when we run low 😊

Amazing service and product!
Amazing service and product! Bought as a Christmas present for my 2 Romanian rescue dogs, they absolutely loved it. Staff were super helpful in providing alternatives for some items and the product was delivered on time! Would highly recommend.

Amazing value and range
Wonderful value for money, my boy loves the box of treats and everything in it, lasting very well with a good range of new treats for him to try, loved the free welcome gift aswell, made you feel very valued :) really liked being able to order without having to subscribe so can order when necessary, will definately reorder in the future

Friendly, quick and great products!
I ordered a treat box and entered a special offer promo code from my workplace that didn't work as it was new, so the company texted me to say they would refund the 10% discount which they did promptly. Autoprompt provided the wrong postcode, so the package went to my workplace and not my home but Treatbox were on the ball and sent me the tracking receipt from the Post Office so I could see what the issue was and fix it. My dog is delighted and I highly recommend this company for their friendly, quick customer service and great products!
