First class service from the initial booking to sign off. The guys couldn’t do enough for us, they offered & ended up taking a lot more than we’d actually booked them for & for no extra cost.

They were careful with our things & put everything back together & where we wanted it in the new house. Would without doubt be my first point of call if I needed similar services in future & will definitely recommend them to others.

We booked Top Class Removals from an online enquiry. They called back and offered a good price. The communications were excellent and the service 5 star. They began by turning up on time and then everything flowed until completion. The two guys assessed the job and listened to our requirements. All loading and subsequent unloading was done with care and precision. My overall assessment would be 'very professional'. Well done Top Class Removals I would use you again and recommend you too.

Top Class Removals provided our two stage move from Oxford to Doncaster. They were brilliant from start to finish. The guys were really helpful, prompt, efficient, quick and thorough. We didn’t have to lift a finger. The company were also very flexible and accommodating and helped us out when our dates unexpectedly changed. Would not hesitate in recommending.

Absolutely brilliant. I had my reservations over going with a quote so far more cost effective so looked online for reviews. Again I couldn't find anything negative so hedged my bets that the reviews were genuine and not made up - sad but it happens. I'm so glad I did. The lads collecting treated every item with the respect I would have. Offloading the lads laid carpet from the van to our front door so there was no issues with shoes. Very clever and super effective. Everything was put in the rooms needed too and when we tried to assist were kindly advised we were paying them to move so we should sit back and have a coffee. 100% I would use again.

TCR were amazing throughout the experience, right from John being extremely helpful during valuation and the booking process, to the actual moving day. The team; Ovidio, Mario and another guy I didn’t get the name of, were punctual, helpful, polite, nothing was too much trouble (including my massive garden pots and shrubs!!) and although it was a long day and drive back home for them, they were still smiling right to the end. Thank you for making a stressing day feel easy!

Excellent experience, one point of contact (John) throughout and nothing was too much trouble. We had to change our date a few times and John worked with me to ensure we got a date organised which worked for both of us. The guys who did the work were very efficient and well managed. A brilliant service and I wouldn’t think twice about recommending them to other.

Wow. What can I say other than the name of this company is 100% appropriate.. From the moment the team arrived they were nothing but professional, friendly and courteous - nothing was too much trouble and they didn't let us lift a finger!

Unfortunately we didn't end up completing until 4.40pm and so arrived at our new home expecting to be greeted with some very grumpy removal men, but they were the exact opposite, there was not a peep of negativity and they were just focused on getting us settled into our new house; asking where we wanted furniture placed in the room, tweaking it if they didn't think it was right and even offering to move things if we changed our mind. I am sure all they wanted to do was get home for the weekend but they didn't show it at all, and remained extremely friendly, polite and helpful until the last moment when they wished us a happy time in our new home.

I cannot praise the team highly enough, they were the only part of our moving process which went smoothly and was handled by true professionals and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone needing a removal service.
