I order Diesel cotyer fedora hat before few weeks they never sent my parcel(never the tracking number) and they never sent an answer why…..I sent them so many mails in their address and they never sent me an answer!it is the worst on line shop ever !dont buy for them their thieves!

Ordered and paid for item, didn't receive it. They couldn't even manage to tell me it wasn't coming. No dispatch e mail despite having allegedly sent it. Tried to blame courier for losing parcel, but unable to send a replacement. What a load of rubbish from an absolute tin pot organisation.
