Scammers send dead components then say you damaged them! Don't even buy on Amazon theywin Amazon a-z cases by abusing their system.

Bought an MSI motherboard through their Amazon store. Tried to cancel same day, before it even shipped, they shipped it anyway. Sent it back completely unopened, same box, same everything.
They kept 100% of my money as a "restocking fee" and told me it arrived damaged. Then a few weeks later Amazon's official denial said something totally different, that I'd sent back a different item. Two excuses, can't both be true, and neither one holds up since I never touched the thing.
Filed complaints with the FTC, BBB, and two state Attorneys General over this. Went and read their other reviews after the fact and wish I had before, same story over and over, going back years. Wasn't planning on writing a review like this but $360 is $360.

Ordered a new motherboard from topbestbuy through Amazon. Received a defective board and when returned they blamed me for damaging the board and refused refund. They are a scam site and advise not to purchase anything from them.

I ordered a motherboard from TopBestBuy on Amazon and I found a better deal the next day so I requested for an order cancellation. Even though the item was already shipped out and I was supposed to pay a restocking fee by Amazon's policy, TopBestBuy still offered me to return the item for a full refund. Great customer service, thank you!

Backordered a product I ordered. Waited several days to let me know and automatically cancelled my order and issued a refund. No word on if I can get a discount or anything when it's back in stock and it's super hard to find this item right anywhere without it being price gouged. Super irritated.

Sold my used white asus strix 2080 Super 8GB to them. They gave me a good offer. I made msrp (retail price I purchased it for) back on the gpu I sold to them. I am happy about that because this gpu is limited edition.

Since this gpu is rather rare and is limited in production they didn’t necessarily low ball me, so they understood the rarity of the card, which is good.

As for when they resell the card (unless they keep it for a collectors item) hopefully their resell price is not too absurd.

Other than that, great and fast communication. Smooth transaction. Definitely will be keeping their contact on hand. 10/10 would recommend this seller.

Ordered an ROG Maximus XI Formula, the costumer service was very professional and shipping was incredibly fast. Unfortunately the package came damaged (probably due to shipment), they happily gave me a refund after I sent it to them. Their prices were the same as everyone else until they decided to raise it over double what I purchased it for and decided to cancel it. Great job looking out for yourself over customers, you should sell epipens and N95 masks at 300% mark up while you're at it.
