Extremely disappointed with my experience today. My transfer failed, yet the funds were still debited from my account. It has been over a month and I have received zero actual help only generic, automated bot responses. It is incredibly frustrating to have my money stuck in limbo with no option to speak to a real person. I regret leaving #Echomine s# depositing with them was always seamless and withdrawals were instant. I need this resolved by a human support agent immediately.

This is an impersonation scam. There IS a real Topaz Capital Ltd. but it has no websites and does not receive investments from the public. Scam Topaz was quite sophisticated but has has disappeared. .CA and .COM websites gone, the WhatsApp chat went suddenly dead and "customer service" portal also dead a few weeks later.
I also question the "waysoutllc.com suggestion in the review above. That domain was only registered two weeks before topaz disappeared and was registered using the same registrar

Total Scam, they look legit, have a great scam going, that is until you want to take money out. They say you have been hacked, and need to give 25% more money to unlock your account. A bunch of crap, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SO CALLED COMPANY. I now have to try to take them to court, not sure how that will work out but they are thieves! Run, don't walk away from this company.

LISTEN UP EVERYBODY BECAUSE IM NOT GONNA SAY IT TWICE!! TOPAZ CAPITAL IS A TOTAL SCAM!! i am sitting here staring at my computer screen with the same tab open for three weeks straight waiting for my money that never comes (why do they do this to us??). i spent exactly 4 hours on hold this week alone just to have that liar Larry in customer service tell me my withdrawal was "pending." Pending my foot!! He is a snake and the CEO is probably laughing while they steal from honest people like me. i thought they were real real estate guys in Florida but its all a trap to get your life savings. (i bet they dont even own one brick). How are they allowed to keep doing this?? i was desperate and crying and lashing out at everyone because Topaz Capital robbed me blind. They stopped answering my emails and Larry blocked me after i called him out for being a fraud. The only reason i am not on the street right now is because i finally found WaysOut LLC. i was suspicious at first because u cant trust the internet at all but i had no other choice. It worked and they are the only ones who actually help. If u r stuck with those Topaz Capital thieves go to WaysOut LLC immediately. Its obvious they are the only path left. (｀・ω·´)
