Umm... can somebody plz explain what orifice these guys pulled their little red "$148.44 off" sales notice from? Their whole site was littered with this false advertising. Original price of 221.15 - 148.44 = 72.71
Not 189.56.
At checkout they have a struck out price of 552.80, which while over inflated, subtracting 148.44 from, still doesn't equal 189.56.
So, I know they think poorly of the average Americans intelligence however, we're not that dumb...

Says 148.44 off a milwaukee too and battery combo. Struck out price of 221.15 with see price in cart. Once in cart, the price is 189.56 with a struck out price of 552.80

Great product at a great price!

The Dewalt 961B 1/2" impact driver is much more powerful than the 900. I now have both, and the 900 is also quite powerful. Tool up has provided me with all good experiences. Shipping was good too!

ToolUp is a legit website and I am a satisfied customer. The site was clear about what was in stock and what would be backordered. I ordered tools in both categories. They shipped what they had in a reasonable amount of time. The backordered stuff took weeks, but I did eventually get everything. Their strong suit is pricing; their weak suit is communication (compared to sites I use regularly). There were no tracking updates. That's a concession I'm willing to make to get some great tools at a great price.

In case anyone wonders, I ordered Proto part numbers J3700M, J3764, J3768, and J3772.

Ordered in stock item, paid, and then waited and waited. The site does not work to provide order updates ( I guess, in particular, if it's been backordered or was never in stock). But whatever, finally have someone on the phone, and was able to determine that the item would not be available for weeks (more). It's not like I needed the tool to do actual work. I hate sites that advertise items that they don't actually carry. Scum.

Everything turned out to be good, in the beginning I was concerned because the box looked like it had been thrown off a truck and returned a time or two. It wasn’t in a shipping box and no fault to y’all it arrived 31/2 hours late and was just sitting on my steps in the Makita box. A 700$ tool begging to grow legs and walk away. I was shocked it came like that But it all worked out. Thanks, but when buying something this expensive again I would definitely appreciate more discretion. For sure.

Required adult signature with photo ID, did not disclose this information, I explained to them I was scheduled to work on delivery date. I took the day off from work to accept delivery and without communication to me, they contacted FEDEX and had the order returned. The worst Company I have ever dealt with and the last time. 0 STARS!

Exact product I ordered at the lower price than big box stores

This tool know one else could even get and the price was unbeatable

I usually go with Acme or Home Depot for my Milwaukee tools however Toolup is amazing. Way better prices, super fast shipping and while I had heard packages are not well packed per reviews, well that is not true. Mine came so well packed and the price with the free batteries was 37% below big box stores!

I called your inside sales rep
He told me he would send a return authorization in which he did. I ask him to replace these and he told me I would have to order again on website.
When doing so I had to pay for the freight again.
If I'm not reimbursed for the freight I will not be ordering again from your company. This was a hassle needless to say instead of 1 week to get product it has now taking 2 weeks.
