Extremely Disappointed with This Platform

I ordered a product along with several listed accessories. However, upon delivery, three of those accessories were missing. When I contacted customer service, I was told that unless I had recorded an unboxing video, my claim couldn't be verified.

This is incredibly unreasonable — not everyone is an influencer or YouTuber who records every package opening. Customers shouldn’t have to film themselves just to ensure they're treated fairly.

Overall, this experience has been very disappointing. I expected better accountability and support from a professional platform.

I ordered Product 23 april, delivery date 2 may, but today may 4, product not yet received, without delivery courier person also mentioned pincode wrong... 10% payment done, even though delivery not done, I don't have word to say about product and delivery...

I purchased spare .75 hp motor Air compressor from this store . After 15 days They delivered the useless wrong item . Customer Care centre says can't replace or return. Totaly waist of money .Please Don't purchase any thing from tools villa they are fraudulent people

There is no product warranty by manufacturer and parts are missing in the box. Customer support is very rude and ignorant. They hung up the call and deny anything like a typical local shop with a care a damn attitude. There is no demo provided by the manufacturers selling on Toolsvilla. I regret dealing with this company. Better to have purchased from Amazon or some other reliable company.

It is a Fraud Company; I got scammed by this rogue company; I purchased a Square Pipe/tube Manual Bending machine, and when I received this item, it was totally different from the picture seen on their Toolvilla website; it was a real Juggad shipped by some Juggad company from Jalandhar, Punjab. They are one of the biggest fraudster companies for the purchase of tools and accessories, please avoid this company toolvilla.com

I am a farmer. Recently i had ordered a water pipe for irrigation through Toolsvilla.
I paid for this in advance as cash on delivery not available.
Toolsvilla has cheated me a farmer delivering a wrong item.
I am at the age of 65 made several requests to Tools villa to replace alas all in vain.
They never replied to grievances even after sending image and video.

Bought a product from toolsvilla and the one they sent did not match with the product ordered. Contacted customer support and they made the refund as difficult as possible. Finally ask them not to refund. It's quite clear that it's a fraud company. Would strongly advise people to stay away from buying any product from toolsvilla no matter how appealing the price/photo is.

I had ordered a 'Commercial Hot Case Sliding Steel Food Warmer Cabinet 650W' on 18th Dec 2024... But it didn't reached to me on date as mentioned 25 Dec 2024. They mentioned as missing invoice/document. Today I called them and asked about the date expired for delivery. Now the item is transit again. I expect they are sending a damaged item, so that I ll return, after all this long process they ll return my money... I suspect inbetween they used my money in all over their business in share market.

Poor response to queries. They do not answer questions about their products

Irresponsible customer care support. They delivered a damaged product, and we received it. I wrote an email them and attached photos, but they keep asking for an unboxing video and also keep emailing to them and call to them, but keep mentioned to me we will call you back. Then, finally, they said it was over 72 hours, and the case was automatically closed. Customer support representative Mr Bablu Modi rudely emailed.

Ordered the product with the delivery date of Oct 7, product not delivered to date. Tried calling customer service, no response. Sent email, no acknowledgment. Sent message on website, nothing! Website has no way to contact customer service either.

This feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead customers and avoid accountability—a clear sign of a scam.

A Warning to Potential Customers:
My experience with ToolsVilla has been nothing short of a nightmare. They advertise one thing and deliver another, then hide behind obscure terms and conditions to justify their actions. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from ToolsVilla. It’s not just about receiving a subpar product; it’s about the danger and frustration that comes with dealing with a company that refuses to stand by its products and treats its customers with blatant disregard.
