the worst company i have ever dealt with and would not recommend anyone to use them as their customer service is the worst after i placed an order with them i tried to cancel it as i found the same item half the price and even though the tracking showed it had,nt been despatched they said i could,nt cancel the order and would have to wait until it turned up and refuse it which i did and send it back for a full which i did and they have since received but still they say they are waiting for it before doing a refund this company has wasted my time and money and just keep making excuses not to give the refund so be warned

Customer service is fantastic
What a great company with fantastic customer service at its heart.
Recently purchased a tool that didn't quite function correctly. After contacting the customer service team, my issue was resolved the same day and the remedy was more than I could have asked for.
Keep doing what you guys do, I'll definitely be back in future.

Value and service to rely on.
Since I discovered that US Pro Tools are good value-for-money, I have been buying them from Tools 2U Direct SW LTD. They carry a comprehensive stock, sell them at a VERY competitive price and ship immediately.

Excellent company good selection of tools poor choice of courier
The company is excellent and provides a good range of Automotive tools at very competitive prices. Shame they use EVRI who always seem to let them down.

Excellent company. My order got lost in the post. Royal mail providing poor service. Tools2U Direct were very helpful and provided a replacement which I was happy to collect in person. Thank you Tools2U Direct. 👍.

Ordered some sockets from this seller…
Ordered some sockets from this seller and the socket cracked, so I contacted the seller and asked what the warranty was. They told me that the warranty is 30 days from purchase and told me to contact the manufacturer, which I tried to do. Apparently it was the wrong manufacturer I contacted (they had a similar name). The manufacturer advised me to contact the seller again for correct manufacturer. The seller has yet to contact me with the information. Not helpful at all.
