This is total SCAM!!! Do not give them your money! This is the WORST experience I have ever had with a company. I signed up for a "free" seminar with Tony and it was so boring I turned it off only to find out that the $1 charge turned into $40 a month for several months when I don't even know what they were charging me for! I contacted the company but they refused to help me or to refund any of the money even though I explained that I never authorized the payments and I didn't know what they were charging me for. Clearly Tony is just in this for the money (which shouldn't come as a surprise based on how he appears like a slick used car salesman) and the company is completely UNETHICAL and does not offer any customer support. Save your money and the hassle, it's not worth the stress of being scammed, trust me!

-This organization sold me the wrong product, hence unsatisfactory coaching and dispite me giving timely cancellation notifications; the unethical Sales person Bailey Johnson (they call coach) is blocking me from getting a refund and submitting false information stating I had attend more sessions than I did... -It is also impossible to get ahold of someone else to because you can only fill out a template request that send auto reply instructions that send you back to the same template.
-This has been the worst I have ever been treated of the thousands of entities of which I have done business.

Total scam. Advertises £1 course and then direct debits £30 a month without permission and refuses to refund. Avoid at all costs.

I never subscribe any thing from Tony Robins. Once in my instagram appears a "Talk" with him and someone else. I apply to that but it was free of charge. I couldn't listen the talk, it was impossible. And suddenly, they charged my credit card 300€ something..... I contact them so they return my money, and they said no.....So my opinion now about Tom Robbins is below zero.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I also paid $1 for a free seminar and was then charged $40/month. This is obviously how he makes all his 'money' by scamming people. I'm disgusted. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP TO ANYTHING AND MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!

I was SCAMMED!!! I paid $1 for a “free seminar” only to be charged $40/month completely unauthorized!!! These people are sick twisted CON ARTISTS and SCAMMERS!!! They stole from me! They will steal from you too! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Robert is a terrible coach. I do not reccomend him. I worked with him for 1 year and was in worse place that when I started. He never reaches out or bother to follow up. All my experiences with him have been purely transactional - very cold and two faced person.

Don't do this!!!! They won't et you cancel. I have sent email after email. I have never open or created an account but they keep taking my money even though I requested to cancel. Tony robbins is a rip off and a scam Artist!!!!!! Who gets rich by stealing people money. Then not returning it 😒 I'm on a limited income I can't afford this,I'm going with out food because of it while he eats like a king SHAME ON YOU SIR!!!!!

Don’t keep paying for therapy. This man is the real deal. After 20 years ‘circling the drain’ he changed my life. And that was the start. What a wonderful big hearted man. And if you think you are being pulled into another financial drain you are not. Want some power and autonomy? You found the right place, investment or not ?and I had nothing to invest at the time) These are good people.. want to have a life? Go for it. If the AA founders pioneered the 20th century, Tony pioneers this one.

No idea how i got subscribed to tony tobbins but they arent responding to my emails and taking 40 usd, and i have no idea for what! I want refund for my money from this scam.

Participated in Time To Rise Summit in February. I paid for an upgrade to make the best of the Summit. What I missed was the free trial (that I didn't want and didn't approve directly). I was automatically signed up this free trial then subsequently charged an automatic monthly renewal. This company found a way to sneakily bypass the illegality of automatic renewals. Very disappointing for a company that supposedly wants to empower people.

I am a fan of Tony, his team and the work they do but I'm disappointed with the lack of transparency around the $1 AI summit charge that is a hidden subscription. I've just realised two months later! Very disappointed. I wholeheartedly support the philanthropic work of TR but saddened by the use stealth subscriptions. Team TR rethink your partners and your methods of subscription please! I'd have given negative stars for this but that isn't an option.

I would avoid the coaching programs and wish I had done more research. The coach assigned to me was fine, but definitely not worth $400 for a 30 min session. She had minimal insight or resources and always sounded miserable on the call. I found an amazing coach through FIVER at $50/hour. There are far better options out there. I have heard Robbins in-person events are great, so maybe that is the best path.

My year of coaching with Robert was truly phenomenal! I grew so much as a business person and a human being through the practical strategies he shared, fun thinking exercises, and assignments that kept me pushing forward in a positive way. I will always be grateful for this valuable experience and look forward to more excellent coaching in the future!

Be very careful - they subscribe you to the Tony Robbins AI app with no written confirmation then insist on keeping the subscription if you do not respond to the debit request within 72hrs. The app itself when I tried it previously was actually good - but for me not value for money.

I feel scammed. This looks like a subscription trap: $1 offer that quietly rolls into a $39/month charge with no clear advance notice. I cancelled right away, but my account remained stuck on “cancellation pending,” so you’re left with zero confidence that billing has stopped. Then you’re told it’s “too late” for a refund. Not transparent, not customer friendly. Avoid.

Im getting charged $54.84 every month and not receiving anything please cancel this scam and reimburse me last 2moths payment please regards mr L.Hansson

Taken payment from my bank which I did not approve. Cannot get through to them - left it down to my bank to sort out. SCAMMERS!

Scammy business model.

I went to a free seminar and paid the $1 for it. Tried to cancel the auto renewal for the renewal of the robbins AI. I cencelled 2 days before it auto renewed I saw it said cancellation pending, so I switched to a prepaid credit card that had $0 on it. Thankfully I did that. They attempted payments twice. I sent an email telling them to cancel the payments and gave situation. Went a few days and they tried again twice still no email response I have cancelled already but I will wait a few days before reporting to the better business beaurou. Had a gut feeling when I signed up and didn't trust it fully.
