1 of my products was wrong n a lot less value than the product I paid for
The delivery took a long time 1 of the products wasn’t what it’s ment to be had a similar problem once before n it was sorted out have emailed them twice waiting for response now hopefully thay sort it again

Had bought an oz of pop corn buds
Had bought popcorn Bruce banner and had a few issues. Tonic vault sent me a new order free of charge with no argument. Customer service 10/10. Thanks for the honest and forthcoming emails. Credit where credit is due.

Low quality stock not worth the money!
***AVOID***I have been a customer for a number of years. I received an order and the item they sent was not what I had ordered. I raised a query to return for a refund. They took 11 days to respond and turned down my return. I will now be forced to go via my bank to get my money back. ***AVOID***
