They are Thieves
They are Thieves, so be aware of them as they replace your genuine toners with fake ones.
I had some genuine toners for sale and they purchased from me via an platform, after I sent them the toners, they returned my parcel with fake ones. I tried to sort it out but no success.

The majority of our stock comes from our regular trusted suppliers and our records show we have never dealt with you before.
Due to increased counterfeits and non regional stock being purposely imported in recent years from certain companies, we have taken the appropriate action to implement extra checks and inspections on all stock we receive.
To ensure our customers receive genuine oem products only and to maintain are zero tolerance on having fraudulent stock in our possession.

There was an issue with the pickup
There was an issue with the pickup. I was contacted and was advised that there is going to be a delay. Delivered the next day.

Excellent customer service- going above and beyond expectations.
Excellent customer service, Clarice responded promptly and was happy to wait until I returned from my holiday to finalise the solution to my problem.
Even though I was months past the 30-day returns policy, she has sent a replacement cartridge.
Even though I had problems with a faulty (HP-branded) toner cartridge, I will not hesitate to order from toner one again
