I bought the Charlotte Gas Lift queen size in White Boucle on the 6th of December, took more than two weeks, which was not the estimated delivery and the shipping was over 200 dollars 🤯 for such a slow delivery process.
One person can put it together, just needed help carrying the bedhead as it is the heaviest part. One thing I realized is, it isn't white but more creamy. Soft though.
Took me 7 hours to assemble on my own. The instructions were vague at best and at one stage I put a left rod on the right side when it was supposed to be on the other side but the instructions did not say that and the pictures are very complicated.
Also needed more Bolt 1 30mm screws when they gave more Bolt 2 20mm screws instead. The instructions stated I needed to use more bolt 1's but I had to resort to using the bolt 2's supplied. I had sent an email about it and they said to go to a hardware store when it was their fault and I already paid for everything to be supplied.
The steel frame is the best as it'll last and I figured out how to push the bed down when you pull it up to put storage in underneath.
Inside the bedhead, which just has black velcro cheap cloth to cover up the back, they stored some supplies like the timber rakes and cylinders in a box that destroyed some of the flimsy fabric inside, poking into wood that would annoy me if I couldn't cover up. The black cloth is below standard for quality as I know one day it'll tarnish. I did NOT pay for this kind of quality and they hide it from you in the pictures of the product online so you don't know until you get the bed sent to you.
I bought the Arch Bed in white velvet for my daughter. First of all the bed is not white velvet, it is clearly grey velvet. There were rips in the material about the size of 10cent pieces. Luckily they were covered with the hardware but it looked terrible at first sight. Obviously these were meant to be holes for screws but there had been no care when putting the holes into the material (I’ve built numerous beds so I have comparisons).
Instructions were terrible….I’ve noticed if you buy cheap products the instructions are bad. It took hours to assemble due to holes not lining up easily. Now the bed is assembled it looks fine but I would never purchase again from this company as the quality is poor.
We did buy 2 moma mattresses…they seem okay but they are delivered to your door only. They are HEAVY! If you need to take them upstairs which I did, make sure you have a furniture trolley to hand.
I would not use this company again due to the poor quality of the arch bed, and difficult assembly.
delivery man came on time but make sure you buy a box carrier or trolley as the couriers will not help you with these really heavy boxes and they do not have equipment to help transfer the boxes from their van to your door. I have now pulled a muscle in my back trying to carry all these boxes on my own.
Please stay away from this website. I paid for a bed but it went out of stock. They offered me another bed which I accepted. I received a broken bed head. They promised to send me a replacement part. I waited for weeks and upon asking them, they told me the replacement had also gone out of stock. They told me to repackage the whole thing and it was sent back. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't received my hard earned money back. Worst customer service. I am really disappointed in them. I had to write numerous emails but their response time is extremely slow
I bought a bed frame and the standard of materials and design is beyond bad. There is no way to call anyone and responses were delayed. I've finally got it together with a number of screws still unable to be attached. Its THE worst experience. Please do not order from this site. It's a borderline scam.
I had ordered a buffet and have only had HALF of it delivered. I have sent numerous emails to customer service and have requested a refund, just to be told that they’ll continue to follow up with the couriers Hunter Express and thanking me for my patience. I have waited 2 weeks for the 2nd half of the buffet to arrive and they expect me to keep waiting when it’s extremely unlikely to arrive - they can’t even provide an estimate date because I doubt that anyone actually knows where the 2nd package is currently located! You only need to take a brief look at online reviews of Tommy Swiss and Hunter express to see how little they care for proper customer service. It is truly appalling that Tommy Swiss continue to use Hunter Express when they CLEARLY can’t be relied upon and that they will completely ignore a request for a refund. I am extremely disappointed, frustrated and will ensure this experience is posted on multiple other platforms so others don’t have to go through this as well. I’ll also be looking to lodge a complaint to the ACCC just like other reviewers here. Just don’t risk buying from them unless you want your time and money wasted.

How is Tommy Swiss even allowed to trade in Australia? They don’t comply with the Australian Consumer Law, the product is low quality and customer service is appalling.
I bought two chests of drawers and the experience was all but dreadful. Assembly part numbers didn’t correspond to assembly instructions. After 5 hours figuring out the puzzle I finally realised the design was completely flawed since each drawers had a piece of timber across the top that took 4cm of storage space from each drawer. Completely miss represented on the website and unfit for purpose.
There’s no phone number to contact the company. You can only reach them by email. They take days to reply each time and all the customer service staff can do us copy-paste standard replies.
They keep telling me that I have to pay for return costs when this was not a change of mind return but rather an unfit for purpose product.
Even if I wanted to return it, the shipping company needs a phone number of the receiver but Tommy Swiss doesn’t give a phone number! Even tried to contact them via their Facebook website but we’re pointed to the revive team email address.
I will not buy again and will do my best to ensure no one else does either.
I bought a tv entertainment unit as their reviews look good. This is all scam. I've been having issues with their product and refund (details as below), so I left a review on their website. However, my review doesn't show up on their website! Obviously they filtre the reviews and only post the good reviews online.
I ordered a new TV (from other company) & TV entertainment unit from Tommy Swiss at the same time. Their delivery took about 10 days (so my new TV was sitting on the floor for a week), but the parts they delivered were crap - corners of the main top board were smashed, scratches & pain chips on many parts! I've contacted them complaining about their quality check before sending out and they offered me to keep it as it is with $50 refund, which annoyed me more. It's not like I am buying a second hand from them. I could probably find better quality second hand with that money. After few emails back and forth, they sent out replacement parts for the damaged ones. After long waiting with my new TV on the floor, guess what? They delivered the damaged parts AGAIN!
When I contacted them again, they started blaming the delivery courier refusing to send another replacement, which is non-sense. All the parts were delivered in well packed boxes with styrofoams all around. It all looked that the damages were from their warehouse when they were handling parts, which means there was no quality control before packing them for delivery.
They said they would arrange the return pick up, and once it's been returned to their warehouse, they would process the refund. That was on 21st of July, which is 3 weeks ago. They have been cancelling the pick up without informing me few times, and not even replying to the emails on time. My initial order was on 24th of June, and I have no idea when I will get the refund! Such a waste time and Money!!
This company is absolutely not worth of your time and money for what they sell.
We bought a bed frame at the beginning of July from TommySwiss for 550 dollars which was an average good price. Free delivery even better. They use a courier named Hunter Express just google it to understand what kind of crap it is. Our parcel was composed of two items apparently. The courier delivered the first part after 2 weeks (one drawer) and they marked the delivery as completed. Every day you call the courier they say it will be delivered soon and it has been going like this for the last 10days. TommySwiss answer to your emails whenever they feel like it. Just avoid this crap, wanna save some money? Use MyDeal app or any other service, every vendor use legit delivery service...
If you want to waste hours of your time in follow up on the bullcrap they tell you... Well you're welcome to order from this bullcrap website...

Bought a bed frame and it was the most terrible thing i ever bought. They are scam company and they never reply you. Do not buy from these scammers.
Not the same product as the photo and faulty
The bed is a totally different colour and shape to the photo, and to make matters 1000x worse, the slats didnt fit the bed! so I had to hire a carpenter to come over and make them fit. It took him an hour and cost me an extra $100. Tommy Swiss didn't refund me for this either...
We have been waiting for over 2 months for our TV cabinet and console table to arrive. No response to emails, nobody answers the phone and the courier who was originally said to be transporting the item says the order was cancelled by Tommy Swiss. We have not received a refund. They are crooks - avoid at all costs!
Tommy Swiss I bought a damaged bedhead and I have been emailing Jake back and forth for weeks! I purchased the bed 30/09, emailed them your company on 09/10 and finally organised to have the damaged bed picked up today! No pick up, no call no email, no response to my email or Facebook msgs or instagram msgs and the phone number listed on their website is disconnected. Every email took 4-6 days for a response and each time they would ask for a minor task like take a photo of the boxed packaged then in another email they asked for the dimensions of each box when they could’ve sent all that info in one email and saved me weeks of waiting for my refund! Honestly, customer service is terrible and the bed is still sitting in my living room boxed up waiting for a pick up. If this is how they are just to organise a pick up then God knows how long it will be when it’s time to refund my money!
I wish I read these reviews before purchasing! I have lodged complaint with Fair Trading.

I ordered a bed frame from your company through Bunnings Warehouse and wasn’t satisfied with the product I received.
1. The head of the bedframe is very flimsy and repeatedly made a snapping sound whenever I slightly moved on my bed from the head smacking against the wall behind it.
2. The fabric surrounding the nail holes has already began ripping beyond repair and might have been made worse due to the shipping.
3. When the package arrived the box (which held the bed frame pieces) was partially damaged before arriving to my home.
4. The fabric with Velcro attached that’s meant to be placed underneath the bed has also been damaged.
5. I didn’t receive a bed frame manual and was left figuring out how to install my damaged bedframe with missing pieces by myself.
I ordered the bed frame prior to seeing your previous reviews. After scrolling for hours through the numerous complaints your business has obtained over the past few years. From what I’ve seen this company has been getting away with mistreating customers and even ignoring emails in order to avoid refunds. I’ve also seen comments about this company bribing their previous customers to remain silent or stating that you will take off 50% of the promised refund if the item isn’t returned in it’s original packaging and many other ultimatums that are quite frankly very illegal.
The product I received looked nothing like the picture in terms of colour. So much so that I am convinced they sent me the wrong product. It's 3 shades darker and when I expressed my displeasure I was told to refer to their policies which stated variances in colour and they would not refund me for the cost of the return of the item and just stopped replying to my emails when I pressed the issue that the bed looked markedly different in colour than their product photos. A company can't hide behind misleading photography by adding a vague clause in their policies section about it. The photos should be representative of what the customer gets! The shipping costs to get the item in the first place and then to return it is as much as the cost of the bed! Such a rip off!
Worst quality item I have ever purchased! My item came missing pieces, every panel was damaged or chipped and the 'wood' details didn't even match not to mention the paper wood pattern was ripped. I have never left a review before, but the utter lack of quality and horrible customer service warranted my first ever review of a provider. Don't waste your money, you would honestly get better quality at Kmart.
Waited two weeks to get my bed which was fine. It turned up with stitching on the headboard not right and stunk like it has been in a fire. Got told to wait a few days to see if it goes away. It hasn’t. Apparently I have to wait till it gets back to the warehouse before they will refund me. This is completely not my fault yet I’m now gonna have to wait 2 to 3 more weeks just to get a refund and I still have no bed. That’s all providing they don’t find anything ‘missing’ at which point I’m sure they will refuse to refund all my money. Asked them to just send another one and take this back but again this one has to go back first. Really disappointing service.

Beware of Tommy Swiss. It was clear within a few months my bed was faulty. Contacted Tommy Swiss and they told me to send proof, I did. They realised it was faulty and told me to return it. But if I didn't have the box it came in, then they would take 50% off my refund price AND I had to pay for the courier! This is illegal according to the Department of Fair Trading. I have been told they are on Fair Trading's radar for lots of complaints, they even re-branded after a bad reputation from all the unhappy customers. They stopped replying to my emails, and kept my money. I am absolutely disgusted in the way this company does business. There are so many other good companies - even IKEA is better quality!
