I have not received my order #35162 placed on November 2, 2025.
The tracking status has not been updated properly, and I am still waiting without any clear information or resolution from your side.
This situation is unacceptable.
I request an immediate resolution:
- Either resend the product, OR
- Issue a full refund without delay.
If I do not receive a response within 48 hours, I will take further action, including:
- Filing a complaint with Shopify
- Opening a dispute with my bank (chargeback)
- Reporting your store to consumer protection authorities
- Submitting complaints to international e-commerce watchdog organizations
Please take this seriously and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
