Give Charlotte a promotion
Charlotte, from TOM customer service did an excellent job today making sense of what was a confusing situation with some payments owed getting mixed up with monthly payments. She took the time to break it all down for me clearly and got things sorted out. In a world where sometimes it seems like the art of customer service has been lost Charlotte gives me hope, this was proper professional customer service she was giving. I say you should give Charlotte a raise or better yet a promotion, she deserves it Thank you Charlotte, you represent your great company excellently.

Had a very helpful advisor. Henry Luzi, talked me through everything step by step explaining what was best for me, my kids and my situation. Was only phoning to get a quote but decided to go ahead due to the customer service I revived. There was no hard sale, just straightforward advice and support.

I had no idea of anything about life insurance until I recieved the call from Joseph at Tom because he was able to explain in great detail about what it is and how it works. It was a quick run through of quick and thorough questions and Joseph helped me a lot in making my decision on what plan to take and was very friendly. I would highly recommend Tom.

I recently moved my cover from Royal London to Tom, and I couldn't be happier with the decision. My advisor, Emily Lewis, was incredible she walked me through every single step and made sure I was making the right choice for my future.
