Their social media employee came into my live stream and called my face a "jumpscare". You do not want to work with a company that treats people this way.
I have gotten an email requesting information, namely a reference number, phone number, email, and my full name. I did not contact this business. They contacted me, and their conduct was disgusting. I do not have a reference number and my info would not be in their system because I did not reach out to them. However, I am more than happy to post everything publicly on the same social media where this happened.
Edit, again: I attempted to re-tag you in the video, however, it looks like your TikTok account, which is still linked to on your website, has been made private or deleted. If you send a new request, I will send you what I am able to.
Update, 12/1: I set up a meeting with the owner. I showed up 5 minutes early and stayed late as well. He did not show, but for the sign up for that meeting, I sent the recording of the interaction. I intended to share the replay of the live during the meeting, however, he was not present.

We do not have an official TikTok account. If someone is posting on TikTok claiming to represent our company, that is entirely separate from us and out of our control.
I also previously emailed you to let you know that I will not be responding to any further inquiries regarding this situation. It has gone on long enough, and I’m not putting any more energy into it.
We’ve made our position clear and will continue focusing on serving our actual customers.
Tim is exceptionally at what he does, dedicated to the craft and willing to do what it takes to get the job done. Highly recommend if you are looking for someone who is going to take care of you and look after your project.
