Service not delivered as advertised and confusing subscription charge
I signed up for what appeared to be a £5.90 one-time purchase for 1000 TikTok followers. Shortly afterwards, I was charged £39.90 due to an automatic subscription that was not clearly presented during the checkout process.
The service itself also did not match what was advertised. I paid for 1000 followers, but according to the provider’s own dashboard only around 448 were delivered, and the number started decreasing shortly afterwards.
When I contacted customer support to request a refund, my request was initially refused with generic responses referencing their terms and conditions. This was extremely frustrating and caused unnecessary stress, especially since I had evidence that the service had not been delivered as advertised.
After escalating the situation and opening a dispute with my payment provider, the company eventually processed a refund for the £39.90 charge.
While I appreciate that the refund was ultimately issued, the overall experience was stressful and required significant time and effort to resolve. I would strongly advise anyone considering this service to read the subscription terms very carefully before purchasing and proceed with caution.

Don’t bother, absolute scam! Wish I’d of read the reviews herefirst. I paid for 5k followers for my child as she didn’t have many, and wanted to make her look and feel popular like her friends, they gave me about 300 followings and nothing else. I went into my account and I was on a subscription where they were going to take more money, I canceled. I NEVER advised or told they would take more money. Basically I cancelled the subscription and they took back all 300 followers they gave out of the 5k and now I’m €19 down. Scam scam scam scammmmm!!!

Ich habe einmalig für 6€ was gekauft. Am darauffolgenden Tag wurde ohne mein Einverständnis ein Abonnement in Höhe von 39,90 € aktiviert und direkt vom Konto abgebucht.
Einen Kaufbutton für ein Abo habe ich nicht bestätigt, eine Zustimmung meinerseits lag zu keinem Zeitpunkt vor.
Für mich ist das ein Betrug! Der Vorgang ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar und unseriös.

Die bestellten Follower sind nach 3 Tagen wieder verschwunden, genau so schnell wie sie gekommen sind. Finger weg!!!
