6 separate orders not received. i've disputed them but still not heard anything in 3 days, which is their policy to get back to you with a result! I had my first order delivered so the other 6 i'm not sure why they have not been. Been waiting over 2 weeks for them now.

don't buy from tokopedia. tokopedia is a seller first app. they don't care about you, the buyers, everything is to benefit seller. Sellers are either scammers (dd.fashion99) or incompetent. customer service is useless and will refuse to help you when it's the seller that f ups. done with this app. uninstalling and never using again.

Zero customer service. Zero option to contact them at all. Such a scam. I ordered a huge order from Ikea. Shipping company wrote me that package is damaged, will not be delivered to me and will be returned to Ikea. Tokopedia marked it as if I rejected the package so I have to cover shipping fees. SHAMELESS!!!!!! I will NEVER buy from you again and I will do a charge back with my bank.

Total scam site!! one product was delivered it doesn't work. Another one. I ordered the same product two separate times from 2 different couriers. Both of them never got delivered. They've never refunded any of my money. This site is a total joke. I erroneously assumed it was like shopee and Lazada, which I've used in numerous southeast Asian countries for years without any issues and I just thought Tokopedia was an Indonesian version, and it would be similar, foolish me did not come and read reviews beforehand and look at what I found 118 reviews 1.6 rating!! if I would've seen this page before I would've never ordered from them and I learned the hard way people do not order from this website, you will get scammed and if any problem arises, you will get screwed and just waste time getting nowhere!

Disappointing and Unfair Policies – Be Cautious!

I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with Tokopedia when ordering large items. Instead of receiving the actual product, I was sent only an invoice, but Tokopedia still considered the transaction completed once the invoice was marked as “delivered.” If you don’t file a complaint within two days, they finalize the transaction and release the money to the seller, even if you never received the item.

When I did complain, Tokopedia’s “investigation” involved questioning the courier. The courier then became defensive and intimidating, insisting they had done their job by delivering the package, even though it was just an invoice, not the product itself. This pattern didn’t happen just once or twice; it happened repeatedly when ordering larger items.

The worst part? Even if Tokopedia eventually refunds the cost of the item, they do NOT refund the delivery fee, which can be significant. Essentially, I was left losing money for something I never even received.

Tokopedia needs to seriously reconsider its policies and improve its buyer protection. Until then, be extremely careful when ordering larger items. This kind of system feels unreliable and unfair to buyers. I expected better.

I never bought anything from them but they have my credit card somehow and they’re taking me money since September. I don’t know HOW THE HELL is that possible but they took me over 200$ for NOTHING. Give me my money back

Saya ada pengiriman, bukti foto berbeda dengan alamat yg saya minta.
Tokopedia mengulur2 waktu untuk investigasi tapi sampai 1bulan saya follow up tiap minggu tidak ada hasil positve dan saya minta refund, tidak dikasih refund.
Tokonya bilang tokopedia yg atur kurir.

Tokopedia cuci tangan, tidak bertanggung jawab dgn alasan melebihi batas wkt padahal saya sudah komplen sejak ada tenggang waktu , karena leletnya penyelesaian tokopedia, saya yg kena imbasnya karena terlalu lama.

TOKOPEDIA tutup saja klo tidak bisa mengayomi customer,
Ini toko online jadi tanggung jawabnya besar karena berdasarkan “TRUST bin kepercayaan”

I loved how easy it was to find what I was looking for, and the variety of sellers means you can often find some great deals. The payment options are convenient too, which makes shopping a breeze. My only small complaint would be that sometimes shipping can take a bit longer than expected, but it’s not a dealbreaker for me :)

A nightmare online shopping experience with Tokopedia. I came to Indonesia to visit family and ordered several items through Tokopedia website.

Several items were not processed by some sellers, and the sellers did not even bother to reply to my messages. True that after a few days, the orders were automatically cancelled, but it was a total waste of time for customers.

An order was processed by a seller, but the status stayed "Waiting for courier" for about 10 days. The seller again didn't reply to my messages.

Tokopedia customer care is another nightmare. It is difficult to navigate the app to get help from Tokopedia customer care. When I managed to chat with them, they said they would cancel the above order and refund the money. However, they made a mistake of only cancelling 1 unit despite the status clearly showed that the purchase was for 8 units.

Getting the Tokopedia Care to rectify this is a total nightmare. For days they only said they are looking into this. It has now been a week and they haven't refunded my money.

I emailed the Tokopedia care, but only got automatic generic reply and no help.

I am about to leave Indonesia and my money is still nowhere to be refunded.

It’s almost like the are enabling dishonest sellers. My purchase was a frozen item at 500g. Of course I’ve picked a seller from my local city. The product that arrived was 200g, from Medan (I live in Bali) and at room temperature. I sent in photos and screenshots as evidence but nope, the resolution centre sided with the seller.

TOkopedia provides a diverse selection of products, but their delivery times can vary significantly. Improving the speed and reliability of shipping would be much appreciated

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE / HUMAN RESOURCE! especially in PUSAT RESOLUSI. They can give you solution A today and suddenly change solution B the next day even though it is PASSED THE DEADLINE. We asked them to call because it is going nowhere but they give you 1000 reasons to procrastinate until you finally "forced" to do solution B (solution B is definitely not fair and was made without any facts or proof.) Been using this apps for more than 10 years but its getting worse and worse and soon will be bankrupt. PLEASE LEAVE THIS APPS AND USE OTHER MP like shopee or blibli.

Worst online experience for foreign language🥲. I find shoppee to be much more user friendly

Senna Fornitur from Tokopedija.Saya pesan dua kursi tata rambut. Harganya 20 juta rupiah. Kami bayar deposit 10 juta di akhir Agustus dan sisanya 10 juta di bulan September saat barang dikirim ke Bali. Kami tidak pernah terima barangnya. Mereka bohong kami setiap hari bahwa kursi-kursi itu akan sampai di alamat kami. Pada akhirnya mereka berbohong kepada kami bahwa mereka akan mengembalikan uang kami. Penderitaan ini telah berlangsung selama 6 bulan. Kami tidak pernah menerima uang kami. Dalam keadaan apa pun Anda tidak boleh membeli apa pun di sini. Orang-orang ini adalah mafia.

I hate the application fee they charge you. They don't refund it. So sellers can just flippantly cancel orders. They lie about their stock to make you buy, just to cancel the order.

bro the people giving 1 star reviews are actual IDIOTS like there is literally a filter u can tick to only show verified sellers, and LOOK AT THE REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING if the product has no buyers or a bad review then DONT BUY IT its that simple, like idk how you get money to buy stuff from an online shop but dont have the iq necessary for TO REFLECT ON UR DECISIONS
