Toezone shoes are great quality shoes for kids! My daughters lasted a year and still had plenty of life left in them. I would recommend any parent investing in a pair. They are a reasonable price for a good quality shoe.

The shoes fitted very well, were of good quality and the order arrived very speedily. My child really liked the teddy bear box they arrived in and it was a nice added extra to have the pull string bag put in the box too. I've had three pairs of toe zone shoes for my two children now and they've each been a good fit and lasted very well and seem to be sturdy and well made.

Prompt delivery. Lovely fit. Kids loved them.

Nice and comfortable shoes, good quality too, will definitely recommend.

I bought Toezones for my son for school as replacements for his usual Cl*rks and i’m not going back! This order was for my daughter who starts reception this week and the style and quality (and price too) we’re unrivalled. The shoes are very pretty but have a stylish protective toe panel that will keep the patent looking good. They have a cusioned insole and have never rubbed so it’s a no-brainer!

You took the money for a purchase that I have not received . Despite the fact you took the money from my bank account ten days ago. Then you ask me to give a review on a purchase I haven't received. I have had to purchase school shoes from another outlet. I want an immediate refund and will ask my bank to recover the full amount if you do not respond to my request. You have done this to so many customers ,

Having bought from Toezone with no issues last year, I ordered my sons school shoes again in plenty of time for delivery before the new school year. Ordered 2 weeks ago, not delivered. I have contacted the company via the contact form and email address on the website. No acknowledgement of my contact but plenty of email requests for feedback for a product that I have not yet received but paid for. I now am worried that my son will not have his school shoes in time for starting school next week!

Edit: I had a very nice reply apologising and offering me £10 off my next order and promising I would receive the shoes ASAP. 5 days later, still no parcel and nobrepaobse to email requesting this to be chased up and an ETA. My original review still stands.

Amazing product very poor service.

Purchased more shoes as the first pair were just amazing. Received email confirming items had been delivered but had not. No delivery details.

No way to call them: only via an email address which I contacted 10 times over 2/3 weeks, no answer.

Only through writing a poor review did someone contact me via email to confirm my order just fell off the system. Then it arrived 2 days later.

Just frustrating that you cannot escalate or speak to anyone.

Update following toezone response.
1. I never received any such call. The day I was told a call was expected no one called. Unless you are the number I didn’t not recognise yesterday? Weeks after issue and delivery of shoes?

2. I received 1 signal reply via email stating that someone will call (they didn’t) and that deliver had been rearrange (did).
That happens only after I raised a complaint.

So again. The response from toezone I think speaks for itself about the inadequate service that is in place.

The product is amazing.

Very impressed by this footwear. Lovely packaging and free shoe bag. The school shoes are good quality and totally up there with Clark’s. The measurement guides on the sole is such a good idea, will definitely be buying again.

Had to get my bank involved in order to get a refund for a pair of school shoes which turned out to be too small. The shoes were nice, but the company was rather dodgy - the directors reside in Thailand - and numerous emails asking them for a refund after following their return instructions went unanswered. I only managed to get a refund (and that's only for the shoes, not the shipping, obviously) after instructing my card provider to recover the money for me, as I had been unable to over moths of emailing the company. Will NOT be buying from them again.

Awful customer service as it literally does not exist. You send an email and receive a generic auto-response from Sharon Anderson, claiming you'll be contacted within 48 hours, however, you are never contacted. They still have my money but shoes have not been received.

I am a first time purchaser of the “toe zone” shoe, so far my experience has been a good one, although yet to see how the shoes will stand up to a football mad 5 year old…. I have since discovered identical shoe is £1 cheaper on next website and £5 cheaper on very. Both except refunds at full cost not less £4 admin charge through toe zone …. Shocking!! …the “family run business” you aim to be should reconsider their pricing structure as I wouldn’t buy from you direct again when I can go direct to a high street store and save money - what incentive are you offering customers to buy direct?

These shoes fantastic and very quality.. I am so happy found them.. I bought for my daughter and she very happy and comfy..she just loved them..This time I bought for son and very exciting with all details and toe protection as he need the most of it..
Sorry to say but Toezone shoes far better and long lasting than Clarks..
Really advise to try and there won't be regrets.. The best formula of item as good price for very quality product and the most important kids happy faces..

Great quality shoes perfect for my little boy he loves them too as these shoes don't hurt his feet or give him blisters and the shoes are protected from scrapes which is a bonus too definitely be coming back here for my other children's shoes too

Great quality and very tough wearing shoes,ideal for the boys at school who play football at break times and normally scuff the toes but not with our new Toezone shoes

While I'm absolutely delighted with the shoes (it is the third pair we bought, and all were great quality), I'm very disappointed with the service.
I bought 4 pairs to let my daughter try and choose, and was hoping to keep 1 and return the other 3 pairs.
I've been attempting to arrange for this return for over a month, but aside for the initial email - I received no reply. I tried contacting via email and on the website - so far with no success. Very frustrating indeed.

The best school shoes I have ever found. They are smart and completely scuff proof. These will be the go to school shoes from now on.

Very happy with the fitting of these shoes more so being able to include being perfect with width fitting for anough width room as many other made shoes from stores aren't providinga good width room for also a perfect fit. Kids would benefit with these types of very well thought out of designed shoes for a comfortable fit and a fit that is perfect for the whole foot and even toes for the brilliant room given for width fitting and for growth.

Came recommended from a fb mum group. So glad I read that post. These shoes have survived getting scraped round a playground every day. They come back ditched and covered in mud, but a quick wet wipe and an occasional polish keeps them looking like new. Will only be buying Toe Zone shoes from now on.
