The sales team. I worked with Antoine again. He's a pleasure. Easy, affable, and honest. Every time I go into the Chestnut Hill store it's a pleasure. Everyone I've met, and they work as a team, unlike other places.

The associate who greeted me at the door was very unenthusiastic and not customer service oriented. But the lady who eventually helped me pick the product was amazing and gives off a warm vibe - love her - sales associates should be like this, that’s your job.

Todd Snyder store in East Hampton NY is the best store ever ! Besides the quality of thr clothes the manager Nicole and entire staff are amazing they walk you through what you need and make shopping a whole experience ! EVERYONE ARE SUCH PROS they know what I need before I do !! I always take their advice and they are always right ! I recommend this store to all ! Most proffesional staff I’ve ever experienced !
