This game is amazing I play it every single day but I have a question can you add a new crumpet to to a Boca world pls a cool shark crumpet were you have to give Zeke a shark toy on the right hand and potato chips in the left I’ve also drawn a photo of how it should look. Pls and thank you I’m really looking forward to it.

I was playing toca boca and doing a rp(roleplay)and then it kicked me out of the app I went back in as fast as I could and my toca boca reseted.i worked so hard on my house my school my shop everything! This happed before and I reported this but it reseted again!

I reported the app crashing 3 times, getting canned responses with things I already tried. App and device are on the latest version, still crashing.
They advised to delete and reinstall while they say on their help site this way you lose your purchases.

Really bad. I have written to them about my daughter’s additions I paid for Nothing was transfered or even no reply for months. No refund. Sorry to say that but they are a bit like scammers.Would not expect this from Scandinavian company but well apparently they also don’t respect anyone- easy money for them.

What kind of disgusting company prays on children with aggressive in-app purchases where some of the item costs $100!

After the app stopped working, we tried closing and opening the app. It did not work. then we tried turning the phone off and on. It did not work. Then we tried to update the app. That did not work either. The last option was to delete and reinstall the app. Then the app worked again, but in return all data was missing. I have a 6 year old son who is completely devastated after spending many hours and money buying games.
It is beneath contempt. to take children hostage like that. I want my money back and will not recommend the game to anyone!

Rather than adopt an ongoing subscription model, like they used to for some games, this company now adopt an aggressive in-app purchase model, which preys on Children. Of course, this is nothing new, but the issue is that young children who buy items on a parents account can then not transfer these purchases to an account in their name, which potentially will result in a lot of upset or having to purchase twice.

Massive cash-grab company who have used their success to become more aggressive.

I have been playing toco Boco for about three years with my grand daughter and every time I build up my houses my stuff keeps restarting and I have lost everything a total of four times I have spent to much money getting everything here in toco world and this app continues to erase all of my content I just did another upgrade and now everything is back at start I am very mad

LOST ALL DATA!!!!!
My daughter spent hours budling this, Toca lost all her data so the entire environment she built was blanked out. Offered nothing other than advise to built it all again
My advice - DO NOT BUY
