It was alright shopping with TobyDeals UK as they delivered my parcels in a good condition. They also kept updating the progress of my parcels. They provided tracking numbers for the parcels which was good. Even though there were delays due to Covid-19.

TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT BUY!

just purchased a new phone for 500 pounds and was promised shipping in a max of 3 days it has now been almost 2 weeks and has still not been shipped don't even know how long it will take.

(Edit) it has now been a month and no shipping has occurred.

Whoever has been robbed by this company one way or another, please submit your claim with evidence to:

1) Hong Kong consumer protection service: cc@consumer org hk;

2) Chinese embassy: GB@mofcom gov cn

Unfortunately, Citizen Advice is a joke and can't do anything against Hong Kong based company even if you bought the goods in the UK.

Finally, looking at comments I see a lot of dissatisfied people (apart from fake positive comments), so do not exclude option for filing a class-action lawsuit. Feel free to send your case with as short as possible description of your case and attach photo/screenshots/emails to renovatio2@inbox lv. Given enough strong cases, I will consider taking it to court.

In my opinion, everyone who suffered from TobyDeals' actions should be refunded in full, then paid a penalty percentage for the delay, plus moral compensation, because I know for a fact they like to delay answers and actions on purpose. Their operations (as business and as individual owners) should be suspended in the UK and Hong Kong and business license withdrawn.

My husband bought me some Dyson hair straighteners for Christmas and I could not get them to work. Returned and after a lot of emails this outfit said there was nothing wrong with them. Had to jump through many hops to get to this point. Want £32 for their return paid by PayPal. I do do not have an up to date account so have asked them to email my husband. They say they have done it twice which they have not. Beginning to think will not be seeing the straighteners again. Nightmare trying to deal with them

Be aware they ship your order from CHINA yes CHINA.
They will take your money on day of order and then nothing. You email them they don't respond. My item took 4 weeks to deliver.For £10 more use WIGGLE for next day delivery. I know what I will be doing . Be warned!!

Ordered a Nintendo Switch and came within specified timeframes. Easy checkout and got a delivery link quite soon after it had been dispatched. Switch is perfect condition and much cheaper than many of the UK retailers - especially if you use a discount code. Would recommend.

I had difficulty in getting the extra discount being offered, however when I contacted the UK customer service I received a code that applied the discount, Thank you.

Near perfect. Ordered a Oneplus 8T on Jan 12th, then checked and found some dodgy reviews. Customer service responded quickly to me though. Got my phone now (Feb 2nd) and have verified the EMEI number with Oneplus. It's all set up and brand new. Not giving five stars just because you have to hold your nerve - they don't tell you it's being shipped internationally and I feel they could be more precise with their tracking info (never got tracking info until the day it arrived). Would use again.

The parcel came within the expected days, and perfectly packed and taken care of. It was easy to track the parcel during the process! Definitely recommend.

The item is still in transit after 15 days from the order. Delivery time is quoted as 2-3 days but you get a message AFTER placing the order that it might be longer. The supplier ignored all emails except one to confirm they had shipped. No help at all to find out what was holding up the delivery.

Ordered an ipad. The website was easy to use and the price was good. The communication on order processing was good and the link to parcel tracking worked well also.

The ipad arrived on time and was well packaged.

Only thing worth noting it came with a US charger and adaptor. Not really an issue, especially if you have other Apple products.

After purchase Samsung watch and check that was all ok I decided to take the risk and purchase a Samsung S20+. Again all ok taking in account that I was counting with 2 or 3 weeks to deliver but in the end the item arrived after 2 week of purchase. I can see lot of complaint about deliver time but taking in account that item comes from abroad its not that bad. The price make it worth it.

The website does not say the shop is in HK, which is misleading. They do say allow 5 days for delivery on the website. Expect more like 3 weeks. If you need an item quickly stay clear.

Was given a link to tracking my order which was updated every 24 hours, so I knew it was on its way.
Indeed it take 10 days to arrive which is expected during the pandemic.
I had researched the company before I made the purchase and was aware it’s Hong Kong based. It is expected to have the Asian plug sockets and I had an adapter included. Which was ok for me as it still plugs into the UK sockets.

I received product after 10days and delivery was smooth but I got 32gb tablet instead of 64gb as it was stated on the website. Except that I was able to monitor delivery daily till I receive item.
