We had an excellent experience with To & Fro Removals. The team arrived punctually and got straight to work, loading everything efficiently into the Luton van. Once at the storage facility, they carefully and neatly arranged everything into the storage containers.

I recently used To and Fro for my move, and I couldn't be happier with the service. From start to finish, Darren and his team were polite, professional, and punctual. The team arrived on time and immediately got to work with great care and efficiency.

Their experience really showed—they handled all of my furniture with care, using mattress protectors, door covers, and floor protectors to ensure nothing was damaged during the move. Every step was carried out thoughtfully and with attention to detail.

Darren and Alex were very friendly and clearly experienced. Took care of our delicate items such as the piano and guitar with ease, making sure they were bubble wrapped thoroughly. On top of all that they were very speedy got to Torquay from Cardiff in no time, would very highly recommend!

We needed to move a large and heavy hot tub from Newport to cardiff at very short notice, Darren was extremely accommodating, he helped us the next day and out of standard work hours, highly recommended, he was friendly and got stuck in, reasonably priced and knew exactly what he was doing!! Darren and Stuart took the job of moving our belongings to our new house at last minute with only a few days notice, as the company I originally booked couldn't do the job because of van issues.
To and fro provided a professional, excellent value and high quality service, they were on time and ready to start.
The list of jobs handed over from the original company wasn't accurate but Darren reassured us he will do everything he can and he did! he went above and beyond to make the move successful.
They worked fast, they were organised and treated our property with great care, respect and protected all our belongings.
They were both friendly and helpful and made the normal stress of moving seemless and really easy.
I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family, a family member is also going to use to and fro for when she moves and 2 neighbours have asked for Darren card as they could see their professionalism and great service.

Darren was incredible, cannot fault his service for my uncle this weekend. By far the cheapest and helpful removal service we have used and the two lads that work for To and Fro were super hard working! Will definitely use this removal service again!

Darren and Alex were excellent. Collected a large and awkward item from a property with many steep stairs in the rain. Wrapped it up and kept it safe on the journey. Great communication and great price, would recommend to everyone!

Darren cleared a large amount of household refuse for us this week and did a tremendous job. Very professional, he came out to check on the logistics and gave us a great price. Highly recommended, I would have no hesitation using him again.
