We had a wonderful trip to Barmouth Beach with T N S Travel. The journey was well organised, comfortable, and enjoyable from start to finish. Both the mini bus and coach arrived promptly. The drivers were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout, making the whole experience relaxed and stress-free.

Barmouth was a beautiful destination, and it was lovely to spend the day there with our church family and friends. We really appreciated the excellent service you provided.

She waited to make sure we had definitely reached the correct location and remained understanding and kind whilst waiting in the heat when we were delayed returning from our trip. We are travel from stoke to London but A C is not working at this time in the bus temperature is 27 c .

JustGo sent one of this Company’s mini buses to take us from Stratford upon Avon to Chester services on Sunday 14 July. It was a 4.00 am pick up and he was early! Our driver was extremely helpful, efficient and very relaxing to travel with.

Travelling long distance on a family trip, we decided to hire a TNS minibus, and what a good decision that was. The minibus arrived ahead of schedule- allowing plenty of time to load the car with our belongings (note the boot space was incredibly huge) and set off on our journey exactly on time.

The minibus itself was luxury. Each seat was equipped with charging ports, extra legroom, leather interior and front table space. The bus had LED lighting, adding to the ambience of the mood. Furthermore, the tinted windows allowed for privacy along the trip and the speakers were excellent in uplifting the mood and allowing for a good family sing along.

And an honourable mention goes to our driver, Faz. Faz was brilliant from the very start to end. He immediately welcomed us and ensured we were all comfortable. Faz made the experience that much more enjoyable by allowing for us to blast the speakers there and back, allowing us time to unload the bus without rush and overall took care of us. Could not have asked for a better driver and he definitely made the experience with TNS that much better.

We will 100% be booking with TNS travel again and could not recommend their services enough.

UK study Abroad used their mini bus to go to Drayton Manor for the day. Syeda the driver made the whole experience so smooth. We did not have to worry about drop off and pick up. We would love to book with her again in the future.

Used this company for a day trip around wales doing multiple activities for a large group. (Mo) our driver was fantastic, on time, polite and had everything under control, pleasure to be around. Bus we hired was pure luxury, clean and lots of space. Would definitely use this company again for any future outings.

Conner was our driver for the day, he was friendly, approachable and considerate.

My husband and l had the pleasure of being transported to the Hippodrome Theatre in Birmingham on Wednesday 28th January by Connor.
Connor was extremely polite and helpful. He kept us entertained with his brilliant sense of humour.

As an experienced driver myself l was very impressed with his handling of the coach and felt at ease on the journey there and back.

I had my trip with TNS on Saturday due to the flooding of the track in the Hereford are region.
It was well organised at the station no stress & ready to go I was going to Newport & returning to Hereford in the evening.
The bus inside was beautiful, spacious no tight fitting seats an area also for a wheel chair which gave them a good large window to look out of. In my opinion a First Class coach can’t fault it for comfort or design.
Now our bus driver his name is Mohsin a softly spoken caring person.
An excellent driver I fell asleep on my way home to Hereford I had absolute faith in his careful driving.
A very busy day for TNS coach drivers.
Thank you TNS for being there for the railways, well done & thank you Mohsin for being a nice caring man.

This company provided a 16 seater to take a group to a restaurant for my husband's birthday. Communication was good, the driver (Mo) arrived in good time and was a pleasure to be with. He was polite, good humoured and a super driver who got us to the venue in perfect time. He also provided the return journey. Would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend to others.

Excellent customer service too or the range mini bus even though flight landed half hour earlier the driver was waiting right outside the exit
