Professional, Constructive, and Protective for both sides
The clerk was rather professional and quick in her job. She explained all the details and procedures to me as I am a foreigner in the UK. She examined every item in the property with an attention to protect both sides at the end of the tenancy agreement. The company sent me a detailed document with pictures and explanations the day after the examination. It is very quick and good service! I still could not find the time to check the document in detail.
Excellent Service
Sadly we didn’t get to meet the check in agent as we had other commitments, but had a phone call & was kept up to date. Donna was very polite & professional.
We checked the inventory and everything had been noted brilliantly, a very thorough job.
We even had the keys left for us back at the estate agents.
The inventory itself online was a doddle to read through, sign & amend if was necessary.

Don't show up to appointments and skew inventories ridiculously in favour of landlords, and get beaten when the tenant goes to TDS.
Pack of liars who don't show up to appointments, complete inventories without tenants present, and then complete end of tenancy inspections to a significantly different standard than the initial ones.
I rented a property in August 2023 and as part of this rental the Letting Agent decided to use this company to complete the inventory. I'd never heard of them, but agreed as they were a "neutral third party", they're not, these people are used by dodgy landlords for very specific reasons.
We agreed for the inventory to be done WITH ME present (mandated by the tenancy agreement), on the morning of August 19th 2023. I didn't ask for this date, it was the date of the tenancy starting and was inconvenient, but Tailor Made Inventories emailed me suggesting this date, so I decided to do it all that day.
I got a suspicious phone call from them on the 18th August, asking if I could collect the keys for them for the meeting next day, which I did without problem prepared to meet them the next day.
On the morning of the Saturday I got another phone call informing me that "due to staff sickness", they wouldn't be able to complete the inventory, but they'd already done an inventory and they'd send it over ASAP for me to complete before moving in.
Sounds pretty pre-planned to me, clearly the inventory clerk couldn't be bothered to work Saturday morning so they did it alone Friday afternoon and took the day off.
I spent the entire day waiting so I could double check it, and never got the inventory. It the start of my tenancy as they knew, so I was sat in a removal truck for hours and with the Letting Agency now shut, no inventory, and not wanting to sleep in a van, I started to move my stuff in.
Late afternoon they sent me the full inventory done on Friday 18th August, without me present.
Why did they wait until late afternoon, knowing I was waiting to move in, to send an email? It was nearly 5pm before they sent it, and why did they complete the inventory without me? I could have attended on the 18th, again they suggested the 19th.
Inventory was very basic, pictures only taken from doorways, there were no close up images at all, they didn't test the fire alarms (one battery was beeping on arrival, not wanting a fuss at the time I just replaced it) and the heaters weren't fixed to the wall which ended up being a huge problem with the landlord when I tried to use them.
I also later found they lied about appliances being "new", finding video tours from the previous tenant on the letting agent's website showing all of the same appliances there.
Seeing how basic the inventory was and knowing in a dispute it was pretty worthless, I just did my own inventory and signed theirs and forgot about it.
Now we get to the end of the tenancy, they show up and do a report ten times more detailed than the original one. They take dozens of close up pictures under the taps, centimetres away from the sides, pull appliances out etc, despite only supplying shots from the doorways in the initial one. Easily ten times as many detailed photos taken.
Ultimately they decided I was "liable" for thousands of pounds of "damage" and "cleaning" that was "needed".
Knowing what a pack of lies that was, I raised a dispute through the TDS and provided my own inventory.
Guess what, I got EVERY SINGLE PENNY of my deposit returned to me through the TDS and their inventory and recommendations were completely ignored as they weren't a fair comparison because of the difference in the standard of the inventories, they broke the inventory clause of the tenancy contract, and most of the stuff they mentioned was complete rubbish.
Despite these people saying I owed repairs and cleaning for almost everything, the landlord got £0.00 from TDS.
Absolute con-artists who work with Letting Agencies and Landlords to steal as much money from tenants as they can, and if you don't stand up to them and fight through TDS they'll try and rinse you for as much as they possibly can.
Steer well clear!
