The 1st day I received the call from my caseworker Rohan , I have to say he was more professional in my opinion , as we spoke about the issue I was facing, he understood my frustration almost knowing my struggle with the hate crime I had to experience , he guide to the last minute until I was replaced to safe place,
I was happy to learn there is such organisation such the monitoring group who can help individual like me and other victims to move with their own life to different level . Thank you Rohan

I wish to advise the general public to be aware of this conoany called TMG. They're not sincere and they are set up to cheat and fraudulently collect money from you pretending they are helping you in buying a car from them. I wanted to buy a used car and l went to view a car from their garage. I was pressured into chosing a car on finance. The manager pressured me to put down a deposit of £100 even before a response from the Finance company. On getting a response from the finance company it was noted that that interest charged was too high and there was no way l could afford the monthly payment. I chose not to accept the car loan. I then approached TMG to inform them that l was no longer getting the car, reason being a high interest rate. I then demanded a refund of the deposit but this Organisation has refused to refund my deposit. When paying this £100, l wasn't informed that there was any terms and condition. I contacted financial Ombudsman, FCA but they were unhelpful. In this time of high cost of living, this Organisation are out to find any means of collecting money without rendering any service. Please be careful of them.

I am deeply distressed with The monitoring Group Which is meant to be an organisation where victims of race hate crime are referred and this organisation ignored me even though I was referred to them and now other ethnic woman are being targeted by the racist who was Targeting me all because TMG didn’t stop this and now the racist has distressed more and I warned The monitoring Group about how dangerous the Racist was and they did not listen and I have been left alone and helpless and other ethnic people are suffering all because of The Monitoring Groups neglect so well done The monitoring group another who allows Racism to continue to a very bad level.
I have now gone to the Police as I was abandoned and ignored by The Monitoring Group and they weren’t professional nor were they pleasant and they were extremely hostile for no reason and they have no care for who they allow to suffer racism as they did with me.
I shall be making an official complaint to Mopac and other organisations as I am aware The monitoring Group is now recommended by them, this is a huge mistake as ethnic races are going to suffer if cases are handed to The Monitoring Group.
I shall be submitting my official complaint and please close this organisation down and let real organisations help black and asian people.
